Best Water Pressure Problem in Seattle WA

Called Beacon on a Sunday night to schedule a visit for annual maintenance and possible no-hot-water. Turns out the latter was a false alarm, but Beacon was courteous, offered flexible schedule including Sun night if I didn't want to schedule daytime (for only +$25). Offered any time I chose as long as it was a 3 hr window (1st service company I can recall not dictating times). Showed up 10min early, friendly and competent. Can't ask for more.

I was very impressed with Carl's work. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what the issues were and how he was going to fix them. He even went out of his way to go back to the shop for additional heavy equipment needed to completely finish the job. I would definitely recommend this company and will call them again for any future repairs. Thank you!

When our sewage was blocked last night, Seth came over at 11pm and worked until 2am to cut through roots that had grown in. Since there was still sludge, he recommended we hydrojet the line. Gio came in the morning and talked me through his findings as he used thr camera to inspect the line and hydrojets to remove the remaining roots. Both Seth and Gio were professional, knowledgeable and provided high quality service. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service. He did several projects in my house in one house call. He offered to charge me by the hour, which results in savings for me in comparison to per-the-job typical charge. I appreciated this. All the work was done very professionally.

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

Phenomenal Customer Service
O'Neill Plumbing lined our old sewer line with plastic in West Seattle in 2018. In February of 2022 we had a sewer inspection prior to putting our house on the market and were surprised to hear that there were roots in our line. I called O'Neill plumbing the same day and got a call back from Bob who said they would take care of it. The very next day a crew of three showed up at the house. They pinpointed the problem location in our line and then dug down to the line and repaired the compromised portion of the line. The crew of three spent the better part of the day at the house, the hole they had to dig was quite deep. The next day another gentlemen from O'Neill Plumbing brought by some top soil to fill in the top of the hole dug the day earlier.

My wife and I have had O'Neill Plumbing perform other plumbing work over the years and we have never had a negative experience. We recommend them without reservation.

Everyone I had contacted to fix our garbage disposal and bathroom fan was booked out 2-4 weeks. Was able to make an appointment with Fixer and have someone come out the next day. Technician went above and beyond, was knowledgeable, respectful, and explained what he was doing. He fixed the garbage disposal quickly and diagnosed the vent fan motor as needing to be replaced.

We have a problem with our drain backing up and Rick came out right away and scoped the sewer line free of charge and gave me an estimate to repair it. He was really friendly and helpful.

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. Collin made sure that we got the problem fixed at the price we agreed on and in the timeframe he promised. He is reliable and sticks to his word.

We got the privilege or working with Angel and his crew, who were determined to get the issue fixed with a cost-effective method, despite running into a few setbacks. They were able to fully fix the problem and did not increase the price on us. We are grateful for their amazing work.

Paul and his associate were amazing; super friendly, prompt, professional & they are budget friendly! I highly recommend Budget Sewer! recently purchased my home. I had paid $275 for a sewer inspection from another company whose report said my sewer was in good condition. Day 5 in my home the sewers backed up into my new bathtub & shower on a Fri. eve. I called my home warranty co. They didn't make it out until Sun. this was their emergency response. They couldn't fix the problem. I was told it would be about $6,000-$9000. I was referred to Paul & contacted him Sunday eve. He was at my house at Mon. at 7am and my sewer was repaired within a couple hours at a 3rd of the cost!! My yard was clean like no hole had been dug up.

I love Joe the Plumber and recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Seattle area. Joe has done a handful for projects for me and has always been great to work with and great at what he does. Joe has also been fabulous as a resource - recently I embarked on a small plumbing installation of my own and even then he reached out and answered questions for me and talked me through the procedure free of charge. Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

The Art of plumbing is awesome! Sean came the very next day of calling for an appt. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Sean went straight to work, he located the problem, explained it and fixed it. Then he gave us some plumbing advice on a different issue. He told us a simple solution that would not be a costly plumbing job. We greatly appreciated this advice. Even though he gave us some awesome advice, he only charged for the minimum call! He also gave me and my son-in-law each a complimentary water detection alarm!

The conclusions of this review are simply that you want to work with Evan at Promaxx and that your water heater repair needs will be solved if you do. Working with Evan was one of the best home service experiences I’ve ever had.

My water heater started leaking so I called a leading Seattle vendor and sent a picture of my install. Since I had a particular style of power venting, he refused service but recommended two companies that did the replacement I needed. I called Promaxx first, left a message, and Evan called back in less than 10 minutes.

From there we worked together exchanging photos and texts to insure Evan understood the repair. Egress of the old and new tank was really tight so we Facetimed and measured the space together so Evan could make informed decisions about the dimensions of the replacement tank. While my tank ended up to be smaller, functionality of hot water delivery was not compromised.

Don’t think too hard about vendor choices here. If you get through to Evan, work with hm and he will get your job done.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.
