The technician was very nice, but he did make a mistake and my hvac was not working after he left. In fact more problems appeared. I wasn’t worried because sometimes things happen, but it’s been two days now and I cannot get the company to respond to any of my calls or messages through their website. I’ve called over 4 times and said it was an emergency situation since they left me with any ac working. I have kids and now my entire hvac system is down. No one from the company is calling back and I keep getting redirected to so answering service. I didn’t $300 and now I have no working ac. It’s a shame companies do nit take more care of their customers. I would try another company first before calling Fox.

I'm callin MarshawnAfter 3 missed appointments on 3 different days the Beacon Plumbing Furnace technician made a poor attempt pressing hard for a complete $3,000 furnace replacement by jacking the repair cost and cleaning to $1,600. What was needed was a fuse replacement... oh, and PLUS the $75 inspection fee. I made the mistake of assuming a large local brand would be the best version of themselves - even on a small job to get someone's heat running.

We’ve had Emerald City out a few times and every time they make the process so smooth. They are always on time, easy to reach out to with questions and always willing to go above and beyond with help. I’ve also recommended them to other friends and family and they are always grateful I passed over such a good contact. They will continue to be our go to whenever we have sewer issues or need updates.

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

The plumber that came was great and he did a good job. We were given a window of 10-2 and I had to call at 2:40 because I hadn't heard from them. He came about 45 minutes later, so that definitely wasn't in the window. Lucky for me, I didn't really have plans that day so it turned out fine. I do think they're a bit expensive, but I wanted someone on a Sunday so I know I paid for the convenience of that. I was VERY happy that they came out the day after I called and took care of my issue.

Armin arrived today right on time to locate and repair a leak from our upstairs bathroom. He quickly found the problem and then efficiently and professionally repaired it, keeping us informed along the way. He was courteous and the price was fair. We will call Armin again.

Technician Frank Brown did a perfect job of cleaning our outdoor sewer line, showing me the results of root infestation. In addition, he answered all my questions, explaining carefully what he was doing. He also looked at a major piping task inside the house and gave useful information about it.

The Repipe Team is an extraordinary value. They are professional in every way. They completely replaced my 80 year old house plumbing system in one day. They work constantly and efficiently. They are on time and completed the work in the time they said they would.

Puyallup City Water Dept notified us we had a leak which needed fixing. Our go-to plumbing services (Spartan Rooter of Tacoma) recommended Simon at Clearwater Leak Detection. I called him and scheduled an appointment (only several days after my call). Our leak was located with some difficulty because it was a small one in the main water line coming from the meter to the house, but it was located underneath a sidewalk about 5' deep. Simon located it perfectly. He also recommended we replace our water shutoff valve next to the house because it was an old type that was prone to break. We then called 811 and had the location marked with whatever other underground utilities there were - several were close. After that, Spartan came out and repaired the leak and replaced the shutoff valve. Simon is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We recommend him 100% - nice to have had such a pro help us out.

Amazing! They were done in exactly the time frame they estimated, 5 days. They're efficient and on time. The job site was left in better shape than when they started. They even took the time to put our berry posts back in place. We will recommend them to everyone who asks.

Responsive and quick, showed up early for both the estimate and the repair. Quoted us less than other companies for a hot water heater replacement and were able to fit us in first thing the next morning. They were clean and respectful in our house and followed all Covid safety guidelines. Did a great job in a surprisingly quick time. Couldn’t ask for more, we will definitely be hiring them again

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Don't be fooled by the rating on this website (4.2) They have 2 sites.. The other one has a 2.2 rating. I am reposting my comments from the 2.2. website. Called in request spoke to Rachel who gave me a day and 2hr window when tech would be on site. I arrived one hr early on day of schedule service which was between 12 & 2pm. At 2:10 Rachel called and said tech was running late and she would get back to me when he was leaving job site. At 3pm Rachel called and said he was still on job site, that I was still on the schedule, and she would let me know when to expect him. At 4:35pm Chris called said the tech would not be out that day but would be out the following day between 8am-10am. I told Chris I had wasted 6hrs waiting on the tech to arrive plus another 3 hrs drive time. I asked Chris if I authorized the work, how long it would be before someone would be out? Chris said the tech could start immediately if I authorized the work, it was after 9am when the tech showed up the next day..There were two employees on the truck. Matt was the driver and I didn’t catch his helper name. Matt was on site for all of 20 minutes. The first 10 minutes was him just sitting in the truck. When he got out, I explained what I needed done, had already purchased the part and excavated the hole, His first comment was it w/b expensive. I told Matt what Chris had said about starting right away and asked how the estimate w/b structured. Matt said he would give me a couple of options in the bid and headed back to his truck. I went around the house to set a sprinkler and when I returned Matt was gone. The next day I called spoke to Rachel who was surprised I hadn’t seen Matt’s bid, said she would call Matt right away to find what happened, and get back to me. Rachel never called back. Later that day I called and spoke to Chris, told him what had happened and ask for an explanation. Chris became agitated, said Matt was in the building and I would get the bid either later that night or the following morning. It’s been 2 days since I last spoke to Chris and I have yet to receive Matt’s bid. I will not be calling them back, as it just dawned on me that neither Rachel, Chris, or Matt asked for my mailing or email address. Don’t be fooled like I was with their promise of quick service. You are wasting your time dealing with this company. I will certainly make sure I tell all of my vendors not to waste their time dealing with this company and certainly not to recommend this company to any of their customers.
