My toilet was leaking. James examined it, asked about its history, and recommended that it be rebuilt. He suggested that that it would be cheaper if I ordered the parts from the manufacturer, and explained how to do that. He didn't charge me anything for his first visit.When he returned to rebuild the toilet, he was able to make everything work despite the manufacturer's failure to include a significant part. He showed me how the rebuilt toilet worked, and how to adjust it.He was pleasant and professional throughout.

I hired beacon to cap a gas line to a fireplace that was going to be changing to electric. Jesus and Liam came out promptly, were very friendly, and finished the job quickly. It was a pretty simple job, but it was done well. Pricey, but I've had bad experiences with poor plumbing jobs in the past, to it's worth it for the job to be done right and quickly.

Anthony has helped us out on many sewer inspections. He is reliable, smart, and very focused on customer service. He is our first call when we need a sewer scope for our clients.

Your service guy was very personable, no pressure to go ahead after he gave us his quote which we felt was way too high but then we haven't had to have this kind of service before so what do we know. He was fast, efficient, took away the clog, cleaned up after himself. Other than price we were VERY pleased with him and your service.

Arash & Kevin from Rigid Plumbing and Drain Service came out to our house today to help us with some plumbing issues we had.

The sink in the upstairs master bathroom had a drip, and our toilet downstairs had rocked and moved slightly and broke the seal around the base of the toilet.

While they were fixing that, they discovered several failing parts in the tank of the toilet and were able to fix it all for us.

These guys are absolutely Top-Tier service professionals, very knowledgeable, very nice, and well-mannered.

They wore booties even though we didn't ask, and I discovered a roof leak while they were here, and Arash had a FLIR thermal imaging camera on his truck. Even though it wasn't a plumbing issue, he still helped us out.

They both went above and beyond in every way and are such great guys, I would hang out with them outside of work. It felt like I had friends over instead of plumbers.

Jim Dandy quickly dispatched a plumber to our house after our kitchen sink backed up. Tim arrived on time and quickly cleared a secondary pipe clog. He made the whole process easy and pain free. We would recommend Jim Dandy and their excellent plumber Tim to anyone.

TJ and Casey were efficient, on time and professional. They solved the problem of a defective vent quickly and replaced it. Office staff were helpful when I had to reschedule appt due to a work conflict, very easy to work with, will definitely use company again for plumbing needs.

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

Unbelievable!!! Woke up to have the city water folks tell us that we have a leak in our water main somewhere between the main road entrance to our property and the lake behind our home some 1000 feet away, oh and by the way there are trees, plans and structures in the way, we were thinking $50K to solve. Simone showed up with all of his listening equipment and had the leak located within 2 hours and the leak was fixed by a leak specialist that Simone recommended at Langley Water within one hour. Couldn't have been nicer, more professional, organized and clearly understood our concerns. The BEST experience at a reasonable price!!!!

I wish I could give them more then 5 stars but Google won't let me. They were awesome. The moment I met Andy, I knew he was the one I needed to fix my water line. Their team got the problem found and fixed in less then 3 hours. If you need outdoor plumbing done, just hire them and know they will take care of you right.

I've used O'Neill Plumbing on a couple projects now, and I'm pleased with their work. Jeff Richter was the plumber who responded on both projects... he was on time, clearly explained what he found and the options for repair, and took the time to answer all of my questions..... even the dumb ones. I will use O'Neill Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
