Best Water Line Repair in Seattle WA

Recently my basement sump pump went out had to replace it. The technician Sean Smith from BelRed plumbing and heating was absolutely amazing guy. He knows his job well and does it effectively with safety in mind. He is very professional and easy to work talk to. He is dedicated with his work. He communicates every step of the project what is going on etc. I highly recommend Sean Smith to anyone for any sort of big or small job!!!Thank you Sean Smith for your awesome work!!

Robert and Bobby did A whole house re-pipe, a new water main put in with trenchless drilling. And they installed a Tankless electric water heater. Work was fast! I had the estimate done on Saturday, work started the next Monday, and cleanup is finished on that Friday. I've been a beacon customer fro a while, and I've never had cause to complain. Their in house electricians also did great work on the new circuit for the water heater, but I didn't get their names :)

Emerald city sewer was great! They identified the issue, did not try to oversell me, were super friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel well taken care of as a client...I put their number on my fridge for the future!

The company was very responsive and sent out someone the same night. The person who responded was very conscious of cost and assessed the problem thoroughly before cleaning out the sewer line entirely. We ended up need some more significant work, but I really appreciated that everything was transparent from the start. Really impressed.

Armin arrived today right on time to locate and repair a leak from our upstairs bathroom. He quickly found the problem and then efficiently and professionally repaired it, keeping us informed along the way. He was courteous and the price was fair. We will call Armin again.

We had a major issue with our garbage disposal, kitchen sink drain, and a couple other things in our home so we called Bob Oates for a day-of repair. T.J. came right over, was polite and professional, and fixed everything for us all within a few hours of the phone call. These guys do a great job. In March just as the lockdowns starts we noticed water backing up in our basement utility sink. Raman showed up on a weekend and found the break in our sewer line. They had to dig down a ways and remove a retaining wall. They got it all fixed up and even put our retaining wall back up. Excellent work and safety precautions. We'll continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Andy and his crew replaced the water line in my yard. The work was exceptional and all damage to the landscaping was repaired good as new. It improved the flow of water into my home a great deal. I would recommend them.

Very rude over the phone.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Some of their competitors are cheaper, but the unmatched professionalism, knowledge, and speed make Puget Sound Plumbing worth spending a little extra on. You get what you pay for!
