Best Water Line Plumbing in Seattle WA

Very happy with Fox Plumbing! We called yesterday afternoon and Kit came out and installed our new kitchen faucet this morning. We were impressed with the fact that they came out and did our job less than 24 hours after we called (it was not an emergency). Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. In addition, Kit did a great, fast, efficient job! We appreciated that they were willing to give us an idea ahead of time about what the job would cost. Many other plumbers we called wouldn't do that. Hopefully, we won't have any new plumbing issues come up, but if we do, we'll be sure to have Fox back!

I'm glad I chose this company for the job; they exceeded my expectations! My request was responded to quickly, and my waste disposal was repaired immediately.

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

I'm not a customer (yet), but I work at a neighboring business. We had a project where we needed some help fast, and the employees here took a moment to help us out. So 5 stars for being really good neighbors. I expect they're even nicer to customers, so they'll be my first call when I need a plumber, too.

Patrick (Tech 4947, Branch 217) did a fantastic job helping me with a sewer scope inspection on a new home purchase. He was prompt, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me in a simple/common sense way as he was performing the inspection. I will absolutely use Patrick again for any plumbing issues, and would highly recommend.

price was too high. A single sink unblocking will cost 450 flat rate. I do not suggest this company.

EXCEPTIONAL & EXCELLENT: After having the usual bad experiences with other plumbing companies: didn’t perform the services just wanted to dig holes to charge more….way more; Bob Oates’ Micheal and Jeremy came to rescue. They are very thorough, articulated, determined, and skillful. I can’t thank them enough for “detailing” my 100-year old sewer line, especially it’s 94 degree today.

Simon did a great job of locating the leak on my waterline service. Pinpointed it exactly where it was about 42 deep. Had already hired a contractor to pothole concrete driveway without success. Would highly recommend his service, very pleased with his work.

fast service, good prices

Very well. Mike and Bob arrived on time. Diagnosed source of leak in crawl space quickly. Left to get materials to do repair and finished it promptly. Very polite. Repair was costly but $65 coupon for Angie's list brought price down to a more reasonable range. Would hire again.

Andy and his crew replaced the water line in my yard. The work was exceptional and all damage to the landscaping was repaired good as new. It improved the flow of water into my home a great deal. I would recommend them.

They charged $325. Per hour!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
