Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. I had a clogged garbage disposal and had burned up the disposal in the process of trying to unclog it myself. I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Matt showed up within the hour. He cleared the pipes and replaced the disposal all within a short time. He was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company!

My water bill was going through the roof so I called out a plumbing company named Roto router that took me to the cleaners for a couple thousand dollars and didn’t even fix the leak! Don’t ever call Roto router ever they are rude and so expensive and then did not do the job at all. My experience with Clearwater was totally different totally! They showed up exactly on time very personable, Great smile and actually spoke English not that I’m not a fluent in 48 other languages LOL but he’s the first one of 32 were from rotor router that spoke my language which was refreshing and he was knowledgeable told me what he thought it was and he was exactly right. He said it was going to go outside and see what he could find and within 20 minutes he was back at the door telling me it was all fixed I could not believe it all fixed the meter was not running at all with the leak and he told me I had been leaking about 700 gallons per day per day! Incredible what a waste thanks Roto router for running my water bill up another $300 by not fixing anything. Thank you to Clearwater for fixing things Alderwood Water came out and checked the meter no leaks no leaks no leaks no leak. Don’t hesitate to call Clearwater they are the best! He even let me listen to through the headphones so I understood exactly what he was hearing and how he was detecting the leak location. I've used O'Neill Plumbing on a couple projects now, and I'm pleased with their work. Jeff Richter was the plumber who responded on both projects... he was on time, clearly explained what he found and the options for repair, and took the time to answer all of my questions..... even the dumb ones. I'm so glad I found Sharif. Now I have a plumber I can trust. Things that set Sharif and Watertite Plumbing apart:
1. When you call, you're actually talking directly to a plumber (Sharif). No intermediate person who just does scheduling and can't answer any of your questions.
2. Sharif will generally give you an estimate over the phone based on a description and pictures. None of this paying someone $100 just to come out and look at it nonsense. He'll also be honest about what factors that can't be evaluated this way might cause the estimate to change, but generally will stick with his original estimate and that's what you'll pay for the whole job.
3. He will keep in direct contact with you and update you if something's changed his schedule and he won't be able to make it when he estimated he would (no 4-hour windows sitting around at home wondering if someone will ever show up).
4. He'll tell you honestly about the price of different options and the pros and cons.
5. He'll use appropriate urgency to address a problem.

My interactions:
I first contacted Sharif about installing a smart water shutoff. Based on pictures, he gave me an estimate and said what problem might arise that would require additional work. This was totally different than the handful of other plumbers I called, where I spoke to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule a $100 for someone to come by for an estimate. I ended up installing the shutoff myself, but based on my interactions, I knew who I would go to the next time I had a plumbing problem. So when the waterline to my house started leaking, I called up Sharif on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come by that evening and worked in the dark to dig up and identify the leak. We talked through options and what they would cost. Because I had old rusted out galvanized, the whole thing had to be replaced. Throughout the process Sharif was communicative about the work needed and when he'd be doing it, didn't charge more than his original estimate (even when it turned out he needed to also move my interior shutoff), and gave some advice on unrelated plumbing things (like how I could make my sewage extractor less stinky).

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
