Our technician came out promptly and within the 15 minute window that was given. We had him look at an issue we had with a drainage problem. He let us know what would be needed in order to see what it was, which ended up being more than we had budgeted for. He then let us know that there was an alternative way that he could access from the roof, and while he preferred not to, would be willing. We appreciated his honesty - he also found another smaller issue and fixed it before it became a headache. We appreciated it!

That plumber's arrival made my day. I've been able to use the shower regularly again, and it works wonderfully for my plumbing needs.

I open the base cabinet of my sink just to admire how beautifully the job is done - it inspires me to do better at my own projects.People - everyone I've interacted with on the phone and people who came to do work are respectful, friendly, honest, well-meaning, and are pleasant to deal with.Communication - superb. Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

I am writing this review today because the work hasn't been finished at my home and I feel like now I'm receiving the runaround. I had Roto Rooter come out on 12/7 to fix a leak in my upstairs shower that was an emergency. We discovered that water had been leaking through the wall, in to our microwave and all the way down to our basement. The technician was super nice, and he fixed the leak on the inside of the wall. However, there is still a drip coming from the shower head that badly needs to be addressed. I believe he is ordering the part, but still hasn't contacted me about it. The thing I'm most upset about is that there was supposed to be an inspection done to see if there was any structural damage to the house. My husband and I are afraid to shower because we have no idea if we are going to fall through the ceiling! I called yesterday, the 8th, and set up an appt. for this morning (the 9th) for the inspection to be performed. No one ever called me. When I called back this evening to find out what happened, they had no record of the inspection having been scheduled. I feel like no one there wants to help me get my issue totally resolved. I need this inspection to be performed and I need the original issue completely fixed. That's what I paid for.

Ridgid Plumbing came to my rescue when we found out that our sewer line was clogged. After a few hours they showed up and fixed the issue with industrial equipment (all my previous personal attempts failed).
I appreciated their responsiveness, open communications and patience in answering all my questions. Thank you!

This was my second experience with Bob Oates plumbing, the techs are great!! They the problem and give you your options to take care of the issue without any pressure. They will answer all your questions and seem happy to do so.

I could not believe what wonderful service I got,. They re-piped my house . Such pleasant plumbers, so considerate and friendly. 4 certified plumbers and 2 helpers converged on my house around 9:00am and set to work. They finished at 1:45pm. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they scattered and went to work, The man in charge, was everywhere seeing that things were done right,(sorry I can't remember their names, ) Thier price was reasonable and their work was excellent . I can't say enough for them and I will be recommending them to all my friends when they need a plummer.

I first used Clearwater Leak Detection when Simon had just started his business years ago. I have used his services many times since then and have watched him grow. He has purchased newer technology equipment to assist him helping me faster! Simon is always on time and extremely professional. He has never charged more than I am quoted and I am highly satisfied.

Excellent service and professional work. Bobby was able to refer me to another contractor to do some tile work to complement his plumbing. He replaced my toilet, found me a superior sink faucet, and found a way to work with my existing plumbing to replace leaky bathtub faucets.

After reading their excellent online reviews We hired Drain Pro and were not disappointed. Raman did a great job, in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Now I just have to keep my Grandson and his toys away from the toilet! Worth a try.

Never have I had such a positive contractor experience; professional, knowledgeable, honest and the highest quality of workmanship to the finest detail. Their customer service was impeccable from start to finish. I did not know of Andy and his company before this incident, but there’s no doubt I will recommend him and call him again when I need help.
I contacted Akers after spending two days unsuccessfully trying to locate the leak in the water line between the meter and my house. They were able come to my house that same day. They determined and explained how the water line had deteriorated and needed replacement. I requested and received an estimate that same day (thanks to Traci’s perseverance).
The quote was quite reasonable. Traci was so helpful in keeping me apprised of when the crew could do the work. In observing the crew work, I was so impressed with their efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
If you’re unsure about whom to select for your plumbing repairs, go with Akers. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing! We hired them to repair a couple of leaky outside faucets, and John, the plumber they assigned to us, was fantastic! He explained everything he planned to do, gave us an accurate and reasonable quote, did the work efficiently, and then again explained everything he had done. He was friendly, kind, polite, and punctual throughout. We will use O'Neill Plumbing again when the need arises.

this is not from Shira but her mother. PSP offered to fix our sprinkler system and said it was $1,000 per value. Well I had our usual irrigation fellow do it; and together with parts & labor it was $400.
I had already paid PSP $5,000 for backflow also. Wonder how much I could have saved if my irrigation man was not in Mexico at the time.... :(
