Best Water Line Install in Seattle WA

We had a great experience working Fox Plumbing. They did a great job updating and fixing our current water heater. We'll be using Fox again the next time we need a plumber!

I recently had my entire plumbing system replaced by this service and I couldn't be happier with the results. The plumbers were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

David and Makana came to the rescue on a Tuesday night. Our old 1908 house had a back up in the mainline, and they quickly jumped into action. Not only both of them friendly, courteous, and informative. They gladly showed me the “snaking video” and taught me about the plumbing system and best practices along the way. They resolved the situation that night. Later that week, I discovered that my water heater (+10 years old) was on its last leg too. So I called up David and they both made time on the same day to get this replaced. These guys are unsung heroes! I will refer and call them every time in the future. THANK YOU GUYS!! - Cody/EmilyP.S. Calling Roto-Rooter was the best decision I could have made. They were highly professional from first contact thru the end of the service call. We had a main drain plugged. Gio was at our door within 1.5 hours of the initial call. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He fixed our problem in an hour. The technology he used to find the plug and give me advice on what should be done long term was fascinating. He was mindful of our home and did a superb job at keeping everything neat and clean.I've had many plumbing companies do work for me in the past and none were as prompt or good as Roto-Rooter and Gio. I will be using these guys for all my plumbing needs from this point on. Kudos to a job well done

Arash came to our rescue when the City of Bellevue forgot to turn our main water back on. It was a quick but thorough interaction. He is easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable!

We managed to fix the problem ourselves between the time I made the appointment and the plumber arrived, but they were very kind and verified that the fix was viable and gave us a few tips as well. I will be calling them again when needed. Thank you, Jim Dandy!

I have dealt with different plumbing companies in Seattle and I have to say that Bob Oates is superior to all I have ever used. I like the professionalism and their expertise. They respected my house. They listened and answered to all of my concerns. They have great communication skills. I am very impressed as I rarely see this. Also they didn't make me feel that got ripped off. I got a great value from them. I have had a bad taste from other plumbing companies and contractors. This company has 100% impressed me. Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

It was very good! Very good price, they were very nice, and knew what they were doing.

I had a leak outside and was pretty sure it was in the sprinkler system, but being the 2nd owner of the house I didn’t know where the main shutoff was. Over time it had gotten covered by dirt and then of course because I couldn’t see it I had also covered it with gravel in one spot and bark in another. Andy was able to locate it the leak and main shut off quickly. Then he was able to find the additional valve locations. He was professional, courtesy and caring. I’d definitely use Akers again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing leak detection and repair. Thank you, Andy!

James came out to our house to fix a leak and install a holding tank on our hot water heater. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my husbands questions. He was also punctual and cleaned up after himself. Overall the service was a wonderful experience. O'Neil has been our go to plumbing service in the past and is now the only plumbing service we will use. Highly recommend.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!

I made the simple request of putting a mask on before entering my house. I couldn't care less about politics. I care most about my at risk child with asthma. The gentleman, Josh, stated that he doesn't do masks and stated an unspecified medical reason. I asked if someone else from his company could come who didn't mind wearing a mask. They left and I have yet to hear back from them. I'm using a different comany.company.

Thank you for your response. I'm no business owner but would suggest that if you have a company policy that requires your employees to wear ppe, that you make sure they do and hold them accountable when they don't.
