The technician was on time (or even early) for the appointment and gave me a detailed, thorough explanation of issues we had with our bath tub faucets. Although it was not easy, he found the parts for our rather ancient faucets. If he had not, it could have been much more expensive.

The experts were outstanding in handling the task. They arrived promptly, resolved the issue efficiently, and provided useful recommendations. Highly satisfied with their expertise.

I hired 2 Son's/Joe's Plumbing to rough in a new kitchen sink valve/drain, laundry valve/drain and relocate a hot water heater. All the new plumbing was done well, efficiently and at a fair price. The laundry valve was leaking after the installation but was not due to the work completed, rather the valve was faulty. I called that morning and they sent someone out same day free of charge to swap out valve systems. Everything working as intended. I'd like to thank Andy for great service!

Beacon Plumbing was a very pleasure to work with. Beacon Plumbing service technicians Brom and Willi came out the same day I called, they checked our boiler which stopped working completely and suggested to replace it with a new one. They took the old one away and came back next day morning to install a new one. They are very professional, after installation they checked the hot water pipeline carefully and identified a small leak on the house hot water pipeline. They immediately started to work on it by skipping lunch time until the leak is fixed. I am confident in the work they had done and appreciate their service.

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.

Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.

We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

Water heater was spitting out water, called, came same day and replaced it! They brought things up to code and it was all done quickly. Super professional, also helped with my sink. Joe was plumber who came and was great, and so was the person who answered the phone. 10/10 would recommend!

The company was very responsive and sent out someone the same night. The person who responded was very conscious of cost and assessed the problem thoroughly before cleaning out the sewer line entirely. We ended up need some more significant work, but I really appreciated that everything was transparent from the start. Really impressed.

In mid March I called for a sewer scope as I was selling my house. I had used them in the past a couple times when it was a small business. The price quote was a little high but fine. The service man was friendly but told me it was $100 more than quoted and when I explained I specifically asked he said the girls in the office should know about the increase. Not my problem but I needed it done. Then he got blocked 91 feet out and couldn’t finish so showed me the video, got his payment and left. Said his supervisor would review and could come out and mark area. I have always had techs spray any suspect area on site. So supervisor sent a YouTube video. Because there are turns before it heads out to street I was unable to analyze the location even with my sewer card. What a waste of time for a job incomplete and partially my fault that I didn’t call and challenge it. Instead got another company who couldn’t come out before listing.

I had my home repiped with pex by repipe masters in November of 2020, and have had no issues with the pipes in the year since. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. I recently had an issue with the main water valve that turned out to be user error, and Nick graciously helped out with that.

Simon of Clearwater Leak Detection replaced, over the weekend, the main waterline from meter to front water bib. About 10 months ago he detected a water leak in the same area, and advised me at the time that I may want to save money by replacing the line considering the condition and age, and I opted not to. Now I'm replacing before I get any further water bills from the county for leaks.
Simon and his team arrived early and had the holes dug before I even realized they had arrived. They explained the process clearly, they worked a full day until the job was completed, and they put my yard back together, which looked better than when they started. The 3 men was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
