Best Water Heaters Problem in Seattle WA

This is a revised review...am having low water pressure in the tub of an old house with galvanized pipes. Although I'm aware the entire house should be replumbed, this was the only option I was given as a solution. I'm not able to take on the entire job at this time so was charged $150 to be told there was nothing to be done but that. I called after the tech left asking about it and was told that it was the norm to be charged for a service visit even if no service was provided as the tech comes prepared to do some service. I was asked by the tech what I'd like him to do but as my options were nothing or commit to a total repipe, I chose nothing in that moment. Needed to think about what else I could do. After leaving a review of my experience, Cat from Fox reached out to make things right and refund the cost of the estimate which she said should have been no charge with the options I was given. I really appreciate the effort on her part to make my experience a better one and the great customer service that can be a rare experience these days. When I'm ready to do the whole house I'm much more inclined to call Fox to do the work. Thanks, Cat.

Jesus, the technician provider, sent to our home did an outstanding job with all of our plumbing issues. We've had many issues with our plumbing and companies in the past, however, within a time of two days those issues were fixed in a professional manner. We highly recommend Beacon Plumbing for any plumbing issues you might have.In case you were wondering, we replaced one toilet and four sinks that were no longer functioning properly. When the plumber arrived his service was good.However:1) They gave me a 3pm-7pm window for his arrival, then called me at 4:10 to say he was in the neighborhood, but then he didn't arrive until 6:55pm. Yes it was within the window, but I would have really appreciated if they would have given me a better estimate of the arrival time during the earlier call. Cable Guy jokes were abundant during the wait.2) I am a pretty handy person and I know the effort it takes to snake a drain, so $700 for less than 1 hours' simple work was more than excessive (but at 7pm they had me over a barrel). Next time I will save $600, rent a snake at HD, and do it myself.

Excellent service, technician named Garrett came to repair our leaking toilet. He was great, he showed up on time, he was polite, used sue cover inside the unit.the work was great.

Raman came at 11:50 am and was done removing and replacing my garbage disposal at 12:25 pm. Fast, efficient and professional. Cleaned up after himself. Excellent job overall! Wore a mask and gloves for safety. Can't say enough good things.

I have been working with O'Neill since mid November. It is now December 5th and our work is not complete but the issue has been identified. They don't call back. Each step of the way has been a complete struggle just to get in touch with anyone. Appointments have been canceled without my knowledge. I have taken time off work to be home for said appointments. I get completely opposite answers to questions from different plumbers. It feels like it is just a call service for plumbers. 3 different plumbers have been out so far. No one communicates back to the office. Every time I have called it has take days to get a call back. Only then after I call again am I getting any help. I would not recommend O'Neill to anyone.

Amazing business. Roto rooter declined to repair my sewer line, I called Green Planet Plumbing and they did repair it in a short notice and with a very good price. Recommended them to my friends, and they did jet cleaning of a sewer line, that they were thinking needs a replacement and saved tons of money

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

These guys are the best!!! As a property manager of 30 years, I can attest to the skills this crew possesses. Thank you guys, for being prompt, considerate and doing an awesome job on my difficult plumbing situation!

They're the only folks I trust for plumbing. Zach has every time come in and done the most professional, fast, and high quality work over and over. We have installed a basement bathroom with wezee's, fixed a leaking sewer line, and gotten a new water heater through them too. While prices might not always be the lowest, he always does the right work needed. For instance, my kitchen sewer line sprung a leak in my front yard. I had bids from $3500 to $13k. No kidding. Zach showed up and fixed it for $1400. Not because he did a patch job, but because he did the right problem solving. He knew that a blockage was likely causing the leak and he was right. He literally saved me thousands. I had 2 plumbers saying we needed to demo work through the house and Zach did all the work outside. This was huge. Love the guy.

Evan at ProMax was the only one to get back with a written quote to replace our failing water heater, and he was able to make time the very next day! Even when our closet installation proved a bit more challenging than expected, he tracked down the necessary equipment and still finished in a timely fashion. His work is clean and tidy, and it's nice to know we wont be having any water heater issues in the foreseeable future! Plus he was incredibly nice and respectful of our space. Thanks, Evan!

I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!
