Dan Whitsett arrived on time, made a quick assessment of repair needed, quickly gave me the quote, I accepted quote although I felt it was overpriced. Dan made the repair (replaced water pressure regulator) in the proper manner and all work was completed.

Called for a water main leak detection. Service was prompt, thorough and 100% accurate.

Our technician Dave came out for a backed up sewer emergency same day when no other local company could make it that quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a sewer scope and clear recommendations for the additional work we needed. While we didn’t move forward with 2 Sons for the larger job, Dave and everyone we spoke with were exceptionally professional.

These guys i would recommend to anyone. They came before window, notified me 45 mins agead of their arrival. Installed the water heater and explained and answered all questions. If you dont have a short water heater these guys can get you taken care of quickly. Short water heaters they may need time to get your water heater, but no more than 24 hours.

I am a dentist in the Pike Place Market and I had a backed up drain line that was leaking unto my floor. I needed this to be taken care of so I could serve my patients the next day. I called Beacon Plumbing and Brent and Stan were there within 1/2 hour. The dispatcher let me know right away that the cost to assess the problem would be $75 and if I chose, they would fix it the same day. She was very clear, concise and professional. She emphasized that they would take care the my problem that day. I really appreciated that. Brent and Stan were very professional, pleasant, very competent plumbers as well as being great communicators. They told me what it would cost ahead of time and they honored that estimate. The equipment that they used to snake the plugged line was modern, well maintained and relatively quiet. They protected the bamboo floor with a good heavy mat. Even though the snake had to go quite a ways down the line to unclog the blockage they accomplished the job in about 15-20 minutes. Brent and Stan place a new clean out plug and sealed the clean out properly. There was a small leak in an accordion type of P-trap underneath a sink and they replaced that in a few minutes AND DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA!!! Super quick service for what I called them for and saw another problem and fixed it for free!!! I have all ready told the maintenance crew here at the Pike Place Market what a great job Brent and Stan did so I am sure they will be calling Beacon to help out with plumbing issues they need help with here at the Market. It takes a lot of work to keep these old Pike Place Market buildings in good repair so I am sure they will be happy to send a lot of business to Beacon Plumbing. Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing provided an exceptional response to my plumbing issues (leaking shower head, frozen main water valve to the house). He came out to my house quickly, managing to work it into other local jobs. It was reassuring to deal directly with the business owner directly (Arash), who explained the service and costs, ordered the non-standard parts required and tracked their delivery. When the parts had arrived, he sent out a skillful and conscientious plumber to perform the work.
