Best Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

I called several other companies before I called Fox Plumbing. Some didn't service tankless water heater, and some couldn't come in the same say. Fox sent a tech, Corey, in about an hour. He found the cause and fixed it in less than an hour. Very fast and professional. He was kind enough to give me some advise about the water heater, too.

John was helpful, explained everything and was efficient and effective

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

Very pleased with Tyler and he had a part in his truck and it save me from having to turn the water off and keep it off. Very grateful and thanks for the great response. Dale_kirkpatrick

I had a water heater blow up and make a giant mess. I have little kids and when I called late in the afternoon they made the extra effort to get out to replace it the same day. They were very fast and friendly!

Preston showed up quickly, diagnosed our problem and solved it fast. He also recommended ways to dry out the affected area to prevent mold and was generally super helpful.

WORST SERVICE EVER4 HOURS LATE - past the latest arrival time - FIRST TRIP, 2 hours past last time 2nd tripDidn't fix the drain and valve issue on kitchen sink and the problem wasn't resolved. WHen I called them back to fix it and stayed home waiting for them, they wanted to charge me again and you could tell they really had no interest in solving the problem and told me to order ANOTHER NEW FAUCET. I CALLED FOX PLUMBING in Seattle, which I should have done to begin with - they can came out, were on time, no drama, did the work and replaced a $3 valve, charged me a 1/3 of what RR did, cleaned up their mess (RR dumped the contents of my drain out on my driveway) 1st Plumber was nice enough, just didn't complete the job correctly. Wont use this company again.

Arash was at our home within 20 minutes of our call! His and his crew are very knowledgeable! I'd recommend Ridgid plumbing 100%. Honest trustworthy and very clean!

Gavin did a great job detecting the issue and promptly fixing it. He came out on a Sunday for an emergency and stayed late. Everything was cleaned up and working well when he left. Highly recommended

Repipe Masters were great. They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. They were pleasant, knew their craft and performed masterfully. I thought I was going to have no water for at least 2 days. But I was able to shower in the morning and then wash my dishes after dinner that same evening. I highly recommend them!

Bob did an outstanding job. He was on time and communicated clearly with us.

Don't be fooled by the rating on this website (4.2) They have 2 sites.. The other one has a 2.2 rating. I am reposting my comments from the 2.2. website. Called in request spoke to Rachel who gave me a day and 2hr window when tech would be on site. I arrived one hr early on day of schedule service which was between 12 & 2pm. At 2:10 Rachel called and said tech was running late and she would get back to me when he was leaving job site. At 3pm Rachel called and said he was still on job site, that I was still on the schedule, and she would let me know when to expect him. At 4:35pm Chris called said the tech would not be out that day but would be out the following day between 8am-10am. I told Chris I had wasted 6hrs waiting on the tech to arrive plus another 3 hrs drive time. I asked Chris if I authorized the work, how long it would be before someone would be out? Chris said the tech could start immediately if I authorized the work, it was after 9am when the tech showed up the next day..There were two employees on the truck. Matt was the driver and I didn’t catch his helper name. Matt was on site for all of 20 minutes. The first 10 minutes was him just sitting in the truck. When he got out, I explained what I needed done, had already purchased the part and excavated the hole, His first comment was it w/b expensive. I told Matt what Chris had said about starting right away and asked how the estimate w/b structured. Matt said he would give me a couple of options in the bid and headed back to his truck. I went around the house to set a sprinkler and when I returned Matt was gone. The next day I called spoke to Rachel who was surprised I hadn’t seen Matt’s bid, said she would call Matt right away to find what happened, and get back to me. Rachel never called back. Later that day I called and spoke to Chris, told him what had happened and ask for an explanation. Chris became agitated, said Matt was in the building and I would get the bid either later that night or the following morning. It’s been 2 days since I last spoke to Chris and I have yet to receive Matt’s bid. I will not be calling them back, as it just dawned on me that neither Rachel, Chris, or Matt asked for my mailing or email address. Don’t be fooled like I was with their promise of quick service. You are wasting your time dealing with this company. I will certainly make sure I tell all of my vendors not to waste their time dealing with this company and certainly not to recommend this company to any of their customers.

I used Zoltan to help me plumb an existing shower that I demo'ed. Zoltan caught a few code violation issues that I didn't catch which was well worth of his services. Zoltan is a Master Plumber and highly skilled. I am in the construction industry as well and Zoltan is the best residential plumber I've worked with in the Seattle area. I have elected to sole source to Zoltan for my future new construction projects.

Bob Thayer, owner, was able to fix a plumbing issue on my work van, Aussie Pet Mobile, in a matter of minutes. He did it after hours and was extremely reasonable. Genuinely nice guy who you can trust your plumbing projects with!

Quick and easy. Raman provided an estimate over the phone and provided a written estimate before the job. He was knowledgeable, and his pricing was fair.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
