I called Fox out to service a toilet that was not working properly. They were able to dispatch a plumber on the same day as my call and as always, the service tech was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The toilet was snaked, pulled for inspection, re-set and checked for proper function, all within 30 minutes. Case closed.

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

They wouldn't give a quote until they saw the faucet. It was a simple replacement. Their quote was $532 plus tax. We sent them away without doing the job.

After a bad experience last time with a different plumbing company, Pinky Plumbing, looking at you: This was a breath of fresh air. Super professional folks - Ryan and Curtis were amazing, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, scheduled it really quickly and had it replaced. Would not hesitate to ever use them if any plumbing needs came along in the future. Highly recommend.

Evan at ProMax was the only one to get back with a written quote to replace our failing water heater, and he was able to make time the very next day! Even when our closet installation proved a bit more challenging than expected, he tracked down the necessary equipment and still finished in a timely fashion. I contacted them suspecting I had a severe water line leak, and they responded almost immediately and came out same day. Turns out it was a leaky hose bibb; they diagnosed it for free, and not only that, explained to me very clearly how I could most likely do the job myself. ALL AT NO CHARGE. I was able to do so---but I would call them again in an instant. I've found my new plumber. Trisha and Josh are simply fantastic.

Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Jose was a first-rate plumber for us. He knows what he is doing, and is polite, communicative and diligent. He located the source of our leaks (old galvanized drain pipes running from the kitchen sink, bad diverters in the bathroom tub and sink) and fixed them. He found time while he was here to explain that our hot water heater was on its last legs and not up to code, our toilets were bad and our water main valve had silently disintegrated such that shutting off the water to the home was now impossible. He replaced and fixed those as well.He did a lot of work, and it was not cheap, but it was quality, with good parts, and it was fast. Two days for all of the above. We will definitely turn to Gus Johnson Plumbers and Jose in the future for our plumbing needs.

Josh replaced my sink faucet which was dripping for months. He was respectful and helpful in every way. It was extremely refreshing to deal with a plumber who has manners, good communication skills, as well as proficiency. I can’t say enough how grateful I am that we found him.

Edwin did a wonderful job providing an estimate. Thorough and friendly! Customer service like that is hard to come by, I've had a lot of estimates and most people didn't say 2 words the whole time other than can we tear into the drywall?
