To have a large backup from the sewer is bad enough but then being informed that the simple fix was $6000, smelled about the same. What saved the whole experience was the complete explanation by Brent as to what the actual problem was and the affirmation from Stan that we are all about Family. Plus you guys give discounts to mature individuals!! Brent also practiced good customer relations by quoting maybe on the high side and then delivering at a lower cost. It makes the customer feel he didn't have to bend over so far. Thanks and we hope to not see you guys again for awhile!

High quality, quick and friendly service. Our main line clogged at 8 am, Scott came out and fixed it by noon. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced. He educated us on our house and walked us through every step so we were well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Patrick and Michael came promptly at the time projected on the day I called regarding the leak. They told me what the suspected and gave me an estimate. It turned out not to be drain issue but rather a problem with the seal in the dishwasher. The cost was cut nearly in half as they were not able to repair the appliance issue, but the diagnosis of the issue was valuable. Best of all, I learned that this company is able to assist us with some aspects of our tub to shower conversion. Both Patrick and Michael were courteous and professional. Unbelievable!!! Woke up to have the city water folks tell us that we have a leak in our water main somewhere between the main road entrance to our property and the lake behind our home some 1000 feet away, oh and by the way there are trees, plans and structures in the way, we were thinking $50K to solve. Simone showed up with all of his listening equipment and had the leak located within 2 hours and the leak was fixed by a leak specialist that Simone recommended at Langley Water within one hour. Couldn't have been nicer, more professional, organized and clearly understood our concerns. The BEST experience at a reasonable price!!!!

We identified an issue with our main water line on Saturday night. Called on Sunday AM, had Andy the owner over to have a look in Sunday afternoon, and scheduled work for Tuesday. They dealt with everything (city, etc), and work was completed as expected - on time and on budget. We had water that evening. Yard looked perfect. Great service from a family company. Highly recommended.

Putting in our new water line was not easy. Our sewer and our neighbor's sewer line were put in circa 1924, and they had sunk and risen over the years. Between data they got from the city, and scoping with a GPS linked sewer snake, Green Planet and their drilling partner did an amazing job avoiding the two sewer lines and a gas line to give us a new one inch water pipe that allows us to take a shower and not have the water die out if someone flushes a toilet or turns on the kitchen faucet. The materials they use are of the highest environment standard. Their high standards of preparation and execution are amazing. If you have an old house with a constricted water connection to replace, you can't go wrong with Tyler Brown and Green Planet Plumbing.

I first asked him to install a new toilet but it turned out to be much more complicated than one would expect. Dan was patient with me when I asked _lots_ of questions and was willing to swing by to confirm and double check my own measurements.

Dan has done several other things since then and for each thing he would provide me with alternatives to consider so I could weigh options that I might have not thought about. Additionally, he's just a nice guy. While he was cleaning up, he noticed I was struggling with something else (another project/fix that was unrelated) and he offered to jump in and help. Turns out he had tools that were much more efficient than what I was doing which dramatically helped!

My Mother In-Law needed her toilet replaced/fixed as well as a new faucet in her kitchen. Grant it, her home is well over 60 years old and Gino and Shawn came out and took out the old toilet and replaced the original faucet in the kitchen. Beacon has been my go-to for my plumbing and electric needs. Today I had plumbing and electric work done Steven F from Beacon came out and installed two new USB plugs and replaced three old GFI switches that needed to be updated. (Job 238). Steve was quick and efficient and everything is new and updated. Then Kyle came out and fixed a leaky toilet He did a project that would have taken me hours to complete. Thanks Beacon
