We live in an older brick tudor in northeast Seattle. We have been here for 29 years so we have had plumbing issues over that time. We just finished using Fox Plumbing for the fourth straight time. We have never used a plumbing service four times in a row. By far and away they are the BEST service we have ever used. They are friendly, professional, explain the issues clearly (without embellishment) and when you receive the bill, it is fair and reasonable. We highly recommend them.

We called them last week for a furnace replacement visit. Each crew has been great in the maintenence work we have had done before in the last few years.Every time they did professional work in a timely manner!Brom and Josh came out and looked this situation over gave us a quote for replacement of our old original furnace. ( an antique)They were prompt by coming out 2 days later and did a lot of work to retrofit and make the job work to our satisfaction and worry free. It is working well... a few more dollars? yes.. but done in a timely professional manner. Thanks Guys!.... Chuck/Cindy

Both Doc and Curt were awesome!!!Very professional, replaced a 20yr old water heater that catastrophically gave out and went above and beyond with the installation.These guys are good at what they do, wouldn't hesitate to have them for any plumbing work.

Arash, the business owner of Ridgid Plumbing came to our condo on a few hours notice to convert the incompatible shut off valve to one that will allow our new sitting dishwasher to be installed. Installer used by home depot can install it because they don’t want to deal with liability of connecting a metal braided hose to a plastic shut of valve. They also can’t fix it. The big problem we have is that we’ll have an open house to sell the condo next day and no functional dishwasher. Arash was able to fix this issue and install the dishwasher which work well and nicely placed. He also fixed the drains of the new vanity sinks the the contractor didn’t do a good job of making sure there was no leak. Arash was easy to talk with and don’t give you a hard sales or doomsday talks that will make you get scared of the cost of plumbing repair you’ll be dealing with. He showed honesty and integrity in his work. I kept his contact info because I know I will be needing his professional services in the future. Though he’s the business owner you can still see the humility and hard working traits in him explaining why he’s so successful and the quality of work he does.

This is our second go-around Puget Sound Plumbing. They have been exceptional both times. Today we were visited by Josh and Ryan. They were professional, prompt and most important efficient. They touched based every step away providing a clear expectation of their work in repiping our space.

We can't speak enough of how happy we are with these two and will definitely call Puget Sound Plumbing again when/if I have any plumbing needs!!

I have had 2 excellent experiences with Green Planet. Eero (pronounced arrow) was a straight shooter who isolated a gas leak for me last winter. Last week Justin replaced a cartridge in an old bathtub faucet that was leaking. The first replacement cartridge unit he tried was not successful, which he explained to me (likely some issue in unit) as he redid the work with a separate new cartridge.

Justin showed up on time, got the work efficiently done in 1 hour. Eero was equally prompt and courteous. These guys are pros as is Jeremiah on Green Planet dispatch. I like working with these guys!

Sewer Friendly just wrapped up sewer line replacement at my house and I am very satisfied. Jason was the lead on the project and he and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated on the whole process. Once the job was complete, my entire property was very clean and looking great. I would highly recommend Sewer Friendly.

Joe is a fantastic plumber. He came to my house and fixed all my problems with my disposal, dishwasher and air gap. Everything worked perfectly after he was finished. It was easy to make an appointment with his wife Sally, he arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and got it done quickly and at a great price. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. Several months later I had a major water leak after the a big box store dishwasher install and I couldn’t use my kitchen sink. The store couldn’t get anyone out for four days! I called Joe, sent him some pictures of the leak, he diagnosed it over the phone, explained what was going on and got it fixed for me within hours. What he did was way above and beyond any of my expectations and I was so grateful. So not only is Joe a great plumber, he is a wonderful human being and will always be my go-to plumber!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Brian arrived on time, preformed the work/installation and explained the problem. He was courteous and professional.

Service was fine, they responded quickly, came out and determined root cause. Unfortunately our problem ended up requiring hydro blasting and that wasn't available till the next morning.They arrived a bit later than expected, however they got the job done fairly quickly.The ending bill was quite high. Even though I was initially told the first portion (500+) would be deducted from the hydro work, they only took off 10%. Though I cannot say for sure if that happened since i didn't know what the original cost would have been.So for a plumber to come out, snake the pipe, then hydro blast it (all from an easy access point outside), I paid over 1600.00 dollars! The end result is I have a functional plumbing system again.But still, way too high a price.Update: Mr. Rooter did indeed get back to me in the form of an email notifying me of the refund of the initial payment as stated during the visit.Thank you Mr. Rooter. I do appreciate you honoring the stated costs.(even bumped rating up to 4 stars)

Called up to ask for a quote on unblocking a clogged dishwasher pipe, customer service was extremely rude and helpfully offered a quote of between $1 and $10,000.

It's not unreasonable to want a ballpark estimate on a common job like unblocking a clogged line before committing to paying $75 to book a visit. Cannot recommend these guys until they have more pricing transparency and better training for customer service.
