I'm always nervous just randomly calling a plumber as you're not ever sure what you'll get. A friend's uncle owns Fox Plumbing so I felt relatively ok. Bobby showed up and got to work. He was courteous and professional. After walking him through what we needed to do he gave us options and offered suggestions.During the fixing of our plumbing issues Bobby found our hot water heater was leaking (not on the list of things to be fixed). He thoroughly explained what was wrong and what our options were. Clearly we had to replace it. He took complete control of the situation and replaced it quickly and efficiently.The next day Bobby called with some more news about the unit they put in. Turns out it needs to be replaced due to some malfunctioning component of the one he installed. He'll be back in to replace the unit free of charge.Bobby was super professional, courteous and offered up options and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated him being honest with us and didn't try to upsell us with anything.I highly recommend Fox Plumbing and will be calling them again when we replace the toilets in the house.

Very informative and knowledgeable about updating old pipes. Their price was reasonable. Such a relief after another plumbing company gave me an outrageous bid.

I used them once in 2013 and their service at that time was good.

I tried to use them in 2018 again on my rental property because of shower water not hot. They changed the time several times and when they showed up, they told me it was the water heater that had problem and charged me money for their visit. So I replaced the new water heater and the water was still not hot. Had to hire another plumbing company to find out there was a leak in the crawlspace. Really unprofessional service and still trying to charge me money. I refused to pay them nor hire them ever again.

A little in over my head with a garbage disposal installation so called and they had a technician come out the next morning. Jeremy was super helpful and finished up within the hour - price was more than fair and he did a great job!

Nick and his team completed a whole house re-pipe, including replacing our water main line, relocating & installing a new water heater, and re-positioning a gas pipe for our dryer - in May of 2018. They finished the job in a day and a half. He was a pleasure to work with and had great communication - all at a very competitive price. Fast forward to this past weekend and the valve on the water main line had cracked and was gushing water on the side of our house. I called Nick late in the afternoon on Saturday - and while he was unable to make it out (on his day off - he was out of town for the day) he arrived at 8am on Sunday to replace the valve. I have recommended Nick and his team to several friends and neighbors! Excellent service!

I called Puget Sound Plumbing for water heater inspection because I received a $59 off coupon from them. First appointment, no one came and I received a call for rescheduling at the end of the two hour arrival window. The customer service was polite and professional. So, I gave them a second chance. A technician came 30 minutes late for the second appointment. He did nearly nothing as he thought the water heater is fine and they would charge $200 more for a real inspection. As the other reviewers mentioned, they charge $99 dispatch fee. A dispatch fee makes sense but their charge is a bit too high. I assumed that I could use the coupon to reduce the dispatch fee, but the technician didn't accept the coupon. I told him that I need to call their customer service to confirm. He immediately lost patience and became very rude. He said I was wasting his time. He threatened that I had refused to pay the fee and there would be consequences. He jumped in his truck and was leaving. I was scared by his reaction and stopped him to pay the fee. Puget Sound Plumbing has totally ruined my weekend.

Throughout the process Raman was very helpful and reassuring. He explained everything in detail prior to any work and also explained the cost and variables. The leak was found after some investigative work annd successfully fixed. We've been lucky that this was the first unknown plumbing issue for this house. Trying a new service company always makes you wary. With this company you don't have to worry. Will definitely use again.

Rick and Cameron came to my home a couple times to unclog our drain in the basement leading to the main sewer line. They were thorough and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and cleaned up all the mess downstairs. They were very professional and included me in the findings with a sewer scope so I could see what they saw. Everything was 100% transparent.
