Fate Duncan came to my house to check and drain/clean the water tank. He was very professional and helped me to understand the process and responded to a bunch of other questions I had.

Diego was very nice and professional and provided three options for repair/replacement of the water valves under our kitchen sink. We chose one of them and he did the work efficiently and with care and cleaned up as if he was never here. I have used Gene Johnson a number of times and have never been disappointed with their work and wonderful employees!

I am extremely satisfied with the work done by the professionals. They skillfully addressed the issue, leaving my home in impeccable condition. Great attention to detail and reliable service.

Angelo was responsive and effective with up front and reasonable pricing. These guys will stay in my contact list for future pluming use.

The garbage disposal went out at my rental property. Given my renter can't use the sink without leaking, I didn't have time to perform a lot of research or get multiple quotes. I called Beacon on a Friday and scheduled the repair for Monday between 9am - noon. The call to schedule was weird...the guy on the other line went in and out of talking with me like he was talking with someone else in the background. Weird, but they must be busy, no big deal. I asked for an estimate of what the price would be assuming I needed a new disposal, and was told that the guy works in the call center and has no idea what the price could be. That should have been a red flag and I should have hung up and called someone else who could at least give me a quote. Shame on me. I let my renter know someone would show up between 9am and noon on Monday so that they could plan to be home at that time. At about 130pm on Monday my renter contacts me asking if the repair man cancelled given no one had showed up? I was not contacted, and instead contacted Beacon and was told they were running behind due to weather. A call would have been nice. A different person then calls me back to ask if I still need the service? Uh, yes I do, as I indicated when I called on Friday and an hour earlier on Monday. They did show up about 330pm that afternoon. When the repairman showed up, he quoted me at $820 to repair. At that point I had to move forward with the work given my renter was in need of a sink. I was shocked at the price and again asked for a breakdown of the price and why it was so expensive and was told that he was the repairman and has no insight into pricing - he just does the work. Does anyone at the Company know what they're charging or why? Can I get a breakdown of what I'm paying for? I subsequently googled garbage disposal installation and noted Home Depot and Lowes will install for ~$100 and a NICE disposal runs a little north of $100 so I likely could have gotten the job done for $200-300. My fault for not having time to do more research, but come on, this is highway robbery. Start freakin if you call beacon. I will NOT use Beacon for any services or work moving forward unless someone can contact me and tell me what I paid for and why it was so dang expensive. After reading some of the other reviews, this Company appears to gouge people with pricing once they're already at your house, knowing that once they've shown up to your house and your without hot water or running water there's a good chance people will break down and pay whether or not they're comfortable with the price, and at a minimum beacon will collect the fee to have them come out. Shame on me for not demanding more information up front, but this company has lost my trust and appears shady at best. They got the $820 but will not get another dime and I have already shared this with others I know. I don't expect to hear anything as I'm sure they got exactly what they wanted. I may even file a report with BBB. I'm giving them one star because their slogan is catchy and they used Marshawn to advertise.

Will was in and out in a flash! Fixed our shower faucet, great work!

After two days of disappointing no shows, plumbers finally arrived in late afternoon of 10/11. Technicians Pedram and Ben went right to work on the leak in our fresh water entry line where it passed through our cement basement wall. They continued working even after the sun went down. Job was completed before they left, and we once again had water. Work performed was accurate and skillful -they did an excellent job, and were neat and courteous.

Quality work, professional, honest, reliable. Definately use them!

They were professional even cleaning the floor where melting snow had accumulated. If a need again arises, we will contact them.

This company went above and beyond for us! We had our kitchen cabinets installed the day before so I was calling around scheduling a plumber to install a sink, faucet, and dishwasher. They came right away but I didn’t have the faucet yet so they ran to the store and got me the exact one I wanted and installed it right away! They were friendly, charming and fast. Really cannot recommend them enough!!

Repipe Masters were great. They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. They were pleasant, knew their craft and performed masterfully. I thought I was going to have no water for at least 2 days. But I was able to shower in the morning and then wash my dishes after dinner that same evening. I highly recommend them!

Replace the gas heater for my parents house today and it cost over five thousands. Never again. Brand new gas heater only thousand something.

Raman said, Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done. SO efficient and capable and professional. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

James and Kyle were a wonderfully responsive team! They searched the house for any issues with all my pipes and plumbing. They found an issue that I didn't know existed, a broken drain pipe under my kitchen. They clearly explained what was involved in fixing it. They were responsive and quick.

I also had an additional problem of unknown origin that occurs at night. My house hums intermittently. James really tried to figure it out. He even loaned me a water main key to see if it was changing water pressure during the night.

Based on my experience with James and Kyle, O'Neill plumbing is my go-to choice for any plumbing needs!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
