Dan Whitsett arrived on time, made a quick assessment of repair needed, quickly gave me the quote, I accepted quote although I felt it was overpriced. Dan made the repair (replaced water pressure regulator) in the proper manner and all work was completed.

Uriah arrived on time at 6:00 PM gor an emergency call (it was dark) to repair a frozen & leaking hose bib. Crawl space was flooded, access through a very small opening into a very tight work space. He got to the valve and bust pipe, cut and refitted pipe and new hose bib in about a half hour. Really nice guy, cherful and competent.

I recently had my entire plumbing system replaced by this service and I couldn't be happier with the results. The plumbers were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Root-Rooter jetter tech Moe, came out to clear a clogged storm water system on the hottest day ever recorded in Seattle. He carried out his work with the upmost professionalism and kept smiling through the sweat of 100 degree heat. I couldn’t have asked for any better of a service.

Armin assessed the problem...out of code piping during remodel causing back-ups and leaking. His solution...to cut into the wall and rebuild the piping system and install a smaller disposal that allowed better flow and no back-up....in and out in less than two hours.

I had my home repiped with pex by repipe masters in November of 2020, and have had no issues with the pipes in the year since. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. I recently had an issue with the main water valve that turned out to be user error, and Nick graciously helped out with that.

These people are 100 percent amazing!!!! I cannot say enough positive things about them!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
