Having been very impressed with the friendly professionalism of Fox Plumbing a few years ago, they were my immediate choice when my outdoor faucet started to leak. Josh arrived with a very pleasant, courteous attitude and quickly and efficiently replaced my faucet with a beautiful new one. I will ALWAYS choose Fox Plumbing & Heating!!!!

Ryan did a great job installing my water heater. We got several different reviews. Even though Gene Johnson wasn't the cheapest, we knew we could trust them and we were right. We had them come out for a water heater replacement. I asked the technician to look around and make sure everything looked good and he noticed that are pressure regulator was broken. Our pressure was over a 100 psi. So he installed a pressure regulator and water heater all in the same day. If you are looking for quality I would definitely say go with Gene Johnson Plumbing!!

I just had Seattle Sewer Company install a new sump pump for my basement and I am very impressed. The workers were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The project began on time and was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. The work was clean and they paid attention to every detail. In addition, they gave me a quote up front with no hidden fees. Overall, I'm very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a sump pump installed.

We had Beacon Plumbing do our complete house. The job presented some serious challenges. Jeff McCoy came out for the three phases of the job and was fantastic! Not only was the work he did, top notch, but he worked with us on some extra things we wanted. He suggested alternatives that saved us money and produced a perfect job. When the inspector came to the house for our final, he said, You have a master plumber here, so I really don't need to check every faucet and fixture! We couldn't possibly be happier with Beacon Plumbing. I gave it five stars, only because I can't give six stars.

I called for service that wasn’t urgent and they scheduled me for a 4 hour window that day. After they were late and past their window, they called me to tell me they were late and asked if I wanted to wait another 2 hours or reschedule.I rescheduled for 2 days later. That day I waited through another other window and they were late again. They finally came out 1.5 hours late. Then I was informed it would be more than $1,000 to try and clear my outside drain. I’d waited so long that I frustratingly agreed. The tech quickly found that the drain was not clogged but instead just didn’t go anywhere after about 4 feet. I was discounted $250 so it still cost me almost $1,000. The tech was very nice and professional but that doesn’t help that I felt like I got totally ripped off. I will not be using Roto-Router again nor recommending them.

We had a broken pipe at my daughter’s shower room with water leaking. Aarash showed up timely and took care of it professionally.
I would definitely use his service again in the future.

We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Akers Outdoor Plumbing were professional in every aspect of the job. They were extremely knowledgable about the best way to install a new water line in a challenging yard with many mature plants and trees that they took great care to protect. I give them my highest recommendation.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Sharif came out and was absolutely top-notch to work with. He was very transparent (not at all salesly) when talking about the longevity of our furnace, was able to fix a component of our Nest thermostat free-of charge, and gave a recommendation about how to self-service our water heater. Sharif's customer service was superb and would recommend him for any of your heating & plumbing needs!
