While repairing a sidewalk that had settled, I discovered a break in my sewer line. Fox was able to video the sewer the same day (!), show me the scope of the problem and schedule the fix for the next day. During the followup visit, the employee discovered a break in the nearby underground electrical conduit, and explained how to repair the walkway to prevent this from reoccurring. The experience exceeded my expectations. I will, if need, without question use their services again.. I'm wholeheartedly grateful.

Hot weather and my heat pump air conditioner stopped working. I called around and some places just said they were too busy and turned down the business. Others said in three weeks we will come out if you give us a $350 diagnostic charge. ugh, I called Beacon and they said we will be out tonight. we have a $75 diagnostic fee. I was thrilled but skeptical....it was a Thursday night. Are they REALLY coming out? OR are they just sending a kid with a pad that will say You need to replace everything?? Well, Brom and David showed up to do a very thorough set of checks. They found the fan was bad and was stopping the unit from working. Wow. That is not too bad. I was very happy. THEN they said they would order parts that night and try to get them here soon. The parts showed up after the weekend on Monday and they came back immediately that day. (no long speech about how they are busy and could not get to it for weeks and weeks). So .... you can tell I am extremely happy with my experience. Brom and David provided excellent service, great communication letting me know the in-process status of the parts, and a demeanor that helped me calm down and not panic. I would recommend Beacon to anyone and everyone.

I needed a sewer location and video capture on fairly short notice, and was helped by Andrew. He was on time, very friendly and professional, and got the job done efficiently in spite of a tricky sewer cleanout configuration. Jim Dandy was also very helpful in accommodating a last minute schedule change I had to make. I’d definitely recommend Jim Dandy to other homeowners in need of this service, and plan to go back to them for my future plumbing needs.

This company does great, fast work. They were done with the whole repipe in about 5 hours and it looks like great work. After getting 4 bids they were also by far the most inexpensive. I would recomend there work to everyone.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Since my kitchen renovation 5 months ago the sink occasionally fails to drain and the garbage disposal intermittently fails to function. I called Puget Sound Plumbing when the drain clogged this morning because I was frustrated and had just received a coupon mailer. They showed up within a couple hours and replaced my garbage disposal. It works intermittently indicating that the problem is electrical. My drain is not fixed but these guys did what they do best...professional & responsive.

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.

I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.

Responsive: Came same day (for free unlike 99% of the other plumbers) to give us a quote. Installed the unit NEXT DAY so we did not go too long without hot water.

Professional: Plumber (tre?) was a rockstar. He was communicative, efficient and overall great to work with.

I highly recommend them and they are my new go-to plumber in West Seattle moving forward!

Had an estimate scheduled and i was unable to attend. Gave her a line about stuff they were not here for. Obviously in an attempt to gain more business. Caused a huge family argument. Found out they were feeding her bs.

Ruben was great. He diagnosed and cleared a clog in a line coming out of the dishwasher and helped me understand how various parts under the sink were connected. While we were running it to make sure it was working, I asked about another (unrelated) issue and he gave me some good general advice. Other residents in my condo building have used Wezee's and had good things to say about them, will definitely use them again for future issues and work.

My bathroom was completely gutted and he came in and had great ideas that fit my budget. He put all new plumbing in for a free standing tub and walk in tile shower. The attention to detail is like nothing I have ever experienced. I would use ProMax again in a second!!

I contacted Kevin at Leak Masters after weeks of trying to determine why our community water association was experiencing significant water pressure loss. We suspected a large leak was the cause but had not been successful at locating it. After one household lost water I contacted Kevin and he came out on an emergency call. He looked over our well house and utilized a listening device on the pipes around the well house. He walked the water line with us and used his device at every location where we had exposed water lines. He checked the water pressure at every house. He identified one vacant home as a possible cause due to what he heard utilizing his device. He suggested we contact the owner to get into the home to check for leaks. He also pointed out that the drain field for that home was quite green and since the home had been vacant for some time and it had been a dry summer, this seemed unusual. When I finally located the property management company and was able to get into and under the house we found the leak immediately. It was very large and was bubbling like a fountain. Our community association members stepped up and we were able to cut and cap the water line. Once that was done the water pressure returned to normal. I'm thankful that Kevin was able to help us pinpoint the cause of our problems.
