Best Sump Pumps in Seattle WA
We called Joe’s 2 Sons Plumbing, on a referral from a friend, to fix our bathtub clog. They were able to see us quickly and quoted us a reasonable price to fix it. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bigger job, but Dave and his partner were able to come back two days later and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Happy to have found these guys and will definitely call them again in the future!

I didn't choose them, my property management company did. They quoted me $70K for a project that another highly respected and professional company did for $31K. They couldn't give me details on why it would be so expensive, were not communicative and cared only about getting my credit card on file.

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.

I contacted O'Neill to replace two toilets and find a gas leak. The toilet replacement went perfectly and the install was neat and clean. The gas leak was a bit more difficult and could have been outrageously expensive if it were not for the efforts of James and Kyle. They came up with a way to replace the leaking gas line without breaking into walls and causing me to incur a significant additional construction repairs. Their ability to be creative and think outside the box got my gas leak repaired, replacement line and new shutoff valve saving me a significant amount of expense. They arrived on time, wore booties to protect my hardwood floors, had on the proper PPE in my house during the Covid-19 pandemic and left the work areas completely clean. I highly recommend using O'Neill Plumbing for excellent customer service!

Appreciate you all sending Monty out so quickly to check our washing machine hook-ups after a water disaster. He took the time to get a second opinion from his colleagues to verify that all was well, and then unclogged a stuck drain for us. Timely, knowledgeable, professional, kind, friendly.

I don’t know where to start with this review in all honesty.
They displayed some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The man who came out to assess the issue made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He is not someone I want back in my home.
I don’t appreciate being a female alone in my house with an angry man who’s a stranger.
Upon arrival he was very agitated, angry, and rude. Things went downhill from there, as I had to interact with him more.
The issue that he needed to fix is some shelving had been put in the garage incorrectly. We have been meaning to remove it but haven’t yet. Well it turns out that the person who put in the shelving had put a nail throw a pipe and it’d finally rusted.
The house I live in is a rental. My landlord had told me he wanted the plumber to contact him directly before any repairs.
The plumber said he needed to call his company and asked me to call my landlord.
Instead I called my husband as he had spoken with the plumber and the landlord about this issue. As, originally, he was going to be home for the plumber but then couldn’t. My husband had confirmed the landlord had told the plumber to directly call him. I told the plumber this.
He yelled at me that he “already had and can’t wait around all day.”
Which is ridiculous because I had heard him on the phone with the company or someone beforehand so he could’ve only called maybe a minute prior. I know time is money but there is a professional way to handle things: 1. Don’t raise your voice 2. There are a million more professional ways to word that.
He then in an accusatory way asked “if I had put up the shelving”. His tone implying you idiot why’d you do this.
We did not put in the shelving and nor did my landlord.
My landlord then called the plumber. The plumber spoke to him in an aggressive, rude, belittling way. Almost as how a fed-up parent who isn’t great at parenting would talk to a child.
I could hear my landlords voice and it sounded calm the whole time.
The plumber also accused my landlord of the nail in the same disrespectful manner. Which I don’t really understand why he cares, maybe it makes him happy to shame other people for mistakes? Who knows? Again, it is fine to address the issue but be professional about it.
Anyway, the plumber and my landlord are on the phone. I can hear my landlord saying he is going to go with someone else for the job.
The plumber raises his voice saying “gooood luuuuuck finding anyone else.”
Which I don’t really get because there are a million plumbers out there but okay?
He then turns to me and all he says is “okay” angrily. Then he stormed off and sat in his van in my driveway for 10 minutes before leaving.

I contacted Anthony's Plumbing regarding some issues we were having with our garbage disposal, and Jacob responded within the hour. He sent out CJ the same afternoon, and it was determined we needed a new disposal so we were scheduled the very next morning for the install. While CJ was onsite, I thought of another issue we were having with running out of hot water despite having a large capacity hot water tank. So the next morning, CJ replaced our disposal while Jacob diagnosed the problem with the water tank. He repaired the thermostat, and in less than 24 hours from when I first contacted Anthony's Plumbing, we had a new garbage disposal and double the amount of hot water! With a toddler who's constantly playing on the floor, I appreciated that CJ took off his shoes at the door without being asked. He was also very tolerant when said toddler was screaming his head off and when my fur-babies gave him a bit too much attention. Anthony's Plumbing was prompt and professional, and we'd not hesitate to use them again.

They were super quick in responding to my request for a quote. They called within 2 minutes of clicking the submit button online. The gal was very kind and professional. I could have had them come out right away but it was Saturday and it costs extra. So I set up for Monday . They were very communicative and reminded me of my appointment and let me know when they were on the way.Tommy was very prompt and was very patient as I was trying to figure out how to pay for the job that needed to be done. Once that was figured out he was very quick and proficient in completing the project.I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ally Restoration, and I can confidently say that they are the best in the business. From start to finish, their team provided exceptional service and expertise in restoring my water-damaged home.
First, their response time was incredible. Within minutes of my initial call, they had a team at my doorstep ready to assess the damage and start the restoration process. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process.
They quickly identified the source of the water damage and worked tirelessly to extract the water and dry out the affected areas. Their state-of-the-art equipment and techniques ensured that every last drop of water was removed, and their drying process left my home free from any lingering moisture.
Not only did they restore my home to its pre-damage condition, but they also provided valuable advice on how to prevent future water damage. Their lead technician Robert was efficient, thorough, and transparent every step of the way, and their pricing was fair and competitive. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience.
