Best Sump Pump Replacement in Seattle WA
I just had a hot water circulation pump installed by Jerrod Nettles from Fox and everything went great. Jerrod was a great, installation was quick and clean, and everything is working as requested. I'd highly recommend Fox. Thanks Jerrod and Fox team!

Called up Beacon after 2 other plumbing companies (including Best) gave us a near $1000 estimate for replacing the ball valve on our unit's own water shutoff. Beacon sent out Jeff McCoy and his apprentice Israel, and the experience was amazing and hilarious. Israel is well-spoken and easy to talk to, and McCoy's sense of humor is just awesome. I think they both understand that 80% of the time they're on the job, the person they're working with doesn't want to have to think about mucking with their pipes and fixtures and just wants it all done.Beacon came out to the house for a standard quote, which costs $75 + tax. That might seem steep but that price is deducted from your final bill, so it's actually not too bad. McCoy kept spirits high and commiserated with me regarding my HOA (who was demanding the repair be done), and just made the entire first experience more enjoyable than stressful. The quote for Beacon came in under $700, and the final bill was $633. WAY under what other local plumbers quoted us, and cheaper = better especially given the quality of the work. The second visit, the actual repair, was set for 4 hours. Beacon was done in just under 2. McCoy and Israel worked quick, cracked jokes, and struck up a fast conversation about one of my preferred shooter games as they waited for dispatch to ring me up. When the job was done they let me know the proper way to restore water to the unit, gave me their card and told me to call if things looked strange after things were back in action. These two guys are completely awesome and if something else in my home springs a leak (though I hope it doesn't) they'll be the first duo I call to come out and look at it.You want a job done right and good spirits during the repair? Call McCoy and Israel at Beacon.

The dispatcher was very kind and helpful. We had a clogged main sewer line that was causing our toilets and tub to back up. The technician was expected between 5:30-7:30pm. They did not arrive until 11:30pm. I would like to mention that every hour they would call to notify us that our technician was running behind, which I did appreciate.Once the technician did arrive he was very informative and friendly, however after sending a snake down the toilet 100ft, he declared that we needed a camera because he wasn’t running into anything that would cause the blockage. He scheduled a camera to come out and find where the clean out was because we were unsure. The camera technician came out and said we have a sludge buildup 30 ft out with no clean out. He said he said the solution would be to break up the sidewalk cement and install a new clean out and he could get the paperwork all started for $9950. I thanked him for his time and took his number with his quote.A friend of ours is a plumber. We asked him for a quote as well. He came out determined where the clean out “should be” (under our porch), popped up a few boards, dug down to the pipe and found a clean out! After spending $825 to not have a solution other than another appointment that quoted more to add something that we already have, made me feel swindled.

Professional, prompt, accurate, and honest! We are a commercial space that was preparing to host an important guest, and the morning of the event our toilet stopped working. After several frantic calls to other plumbers and being told no one could help us, we called Ridgid. Within 30mins they arrived, figured out the issue, were upfront and honest about the issue and the cost to fix it—went and grabbed the correct tools and fixed it. We are so grateful for your service.

I called for a running toilet and unfortunately the part that was needed wasn’t in their stock for weeks. They were able to offer an alternative solution. We were able to order online sooner and will attempt to fix on our own. I appreciated the same day appointment and professionalism by Farmer and Reed. They understood our need to get the parts in sooner. They only charge if they perform the work. I’m going to reach out to O’Neill in the future. (I’ve used another plumbing company and they charge just to give me an estimate)

Daniel did a great job. He communicated clearly throughout the process and gave me honest input on products. I also appreciated the little things, like wearing shoe covers without me asking. I would definitely use Wezee’s again!!

I contacted Simple Plumber to replace some leaky valves underneath my 20-year old sinks. They gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself and saved me a lot of trouble. Thanks!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.
We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.
Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
