Jeremy and Mark were polite and courteous and knowledgeable. They dealt with my plumbing issue promptly and professionally. I will definitely be using Fox plumbing again!

We had a sewage backup into a downstairs toilet. Tyler did a great job of determining the problem, locating the blockage, and providing several options for resolving the blockage. The entire project was finished in 4 days.

Mark J with Beacon promised to put our first visit (which was unsuccessful and unresolved) toward our toilet replacement and then doubled the price of the toilet!! It's unethical, and a just a bad business with no intention to actually do any plumbing for you. They want your cash, but definitely not the relationship or service. We tried for months to get them to assist and just gave up and moved on. I do NOT recommend.

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

Jesse who was the technician (ID 2101) was just amazing. Resolved the situation which was NOT good . . upfront about the costs and really want to thank him. This was very stressful for me (homeowner) and I can't thank him enough for his perseverance and all he did to fix a bad plumbing clogged back up toilet (won't go into total details) but not a pleasant job. Would highly recommend this company.

Our 16-year old water heater finally gave in and started leaking last night. After shutting off the water and cleaning up our flooded garage, I called the number on the tank only to be told that they can't come until Monday. This morning, I stared calling every plumbing service showing up on Google maps and was told the same thing, or even later dates. I finally dialed the number of Ridgid plumbing, Arash gave me the good news that he is nearby and can come over in 30 minutes, for a free estimate. So he did! He even came with a replacement ready to be installed. It's a Rheem ProG50 38N, good price and meets our needs well. The crew are very nice and professional. They finished everything up within a few hours and packed out the old water heater without additional charge. Highly recommend!

We had Nick and his crew replace older (1968) galvanized pipes with new lines for all of the fixtures. The water pressure had gotten extremely low from all of the buildup in the older galvanized pipes.
We had quotes from several other places and found Nick's price very fair and thorough. We were concerned about being able to access some of the pipes in the wall and he and his crew did a great job of minimizing the holes and repairing where they needed to cut. We can't even see now where it was.

The water pressure is now like a brand new house.

We highly recommend them.

He was on time, very responsive to my comfort level with the current COVID-19 situation and explained everything in detail. Super helpful in informing me about brands and available replacement parts, was upfront about the price and not pushy at all. The work was able to be done swiftly and with care. Great plumbers!!
I had leaks in one of my basement walls. I called Drain pro Plumbing to come and do a leak search. They were very punctual, on time arrival, had called me an hour earlier confirming the time.
They did the leak search, and found there was a broken pipe in the wall, coming from the laundry room. Then did the drain pipe repair, with convenient cost. I am glad, they were able to make the fix at the right time, or else it would have been flooding later in my basement.
I am THANKFUL to the guys for their easy approach, hard working style.
I would say, if you have any plumbing needs, they are the right people to call. Good work.

Very happy with Fixer, we've had a bunch of random issues pop up after moving into a new house from hanging large pictures into plaster walls, fixing wonky doors & handles, small plumbing issues and we have lots of other issues we'll be calling them on in the future.

I asked Craftsman for a quote on installing a dishwasher hookup, and the quote they gave me was exorbitant. But more importantly, while the plumber was there, he told me my water heater flue was incorrectly angled, which could one day cause a carbon monoxide leak (although he didn't detect one, and none had been detected in the 16 years the flue had been that way) and that per Craftsman company policy he had to shut off my gas and my neighbor's gas, knowing full well that I'd turn it on right after, because I'm not going to live (or force my neighbor to live) without hot water while waiting for a new flue to be installed. Also that this was very common and that he'd already done it 3x that week at other homes. It took me over an hour to relight the water heaters after he left. Pretty annoying to hire a plumber, have the plumber break something unrelated to the service call, and need to spend so much time fixing it on my own afterward.
