James from Fox Plumbing came out and replaced some turn off valves and supply lines. He also inspected a questionable waste line, did some testing and determined it was okay. He was a great guy, talked highly of his company. I would call Fox Plumbing again in a heartbeat because I feel the company is very well run and it's employees are honest and trustworthy.

Excellent service from Robert P. He was prompt, professional and informed me of the price ahead of time. He also got me a good discount! I was impressed that he thoroughly cleaned the area after he finished!

Nate and Cory arrived this morning for a first job. They completed repair of a leaking mains connection rapidly. When finished they checked and found high water pressure from the street and recommended installation of a pressure regulator to prevent blow out of pipes in the walls. They able to accomplish this quickly as well. They were not only quick and professional they also took care to clean up after the repair.

service was good , they show up on time , complete the installation smoothly , but the way they charge me for sending a second man I don't see it as a fair deal , about 600 dollars extra is something that should be discussed with costumer upfront , and shouldn`t be a surprise .
I hope they will consider that in future and inform costumer of all charging details .

The Tech called in advance to ensure we didi not have a full septic tank. When ensured that the tank was fine he confirmed the arrival time. After arriving a review of the drain system was performed and the blockage location was determined. The first attempt was with the smaller snake so that we could save some cost but the blockage was tough and in the end the larger snake had to be used. The tech was considerate, always doing booties on work shoes and protecting floor areas. When finished the areas were cleaned. A post service camera visual inspection was scheduled for the next work day. All in all the service was excellent and if needed I would call them again. Thanks!

Ridgid plumbing and drain service is a very fantastic professional company. Very satisfied with their professional work. Our water meter was leaking and he (Arash) came less than a hour on his after hour schedule and fixed it. Very professional and great performance. Highly recommend.

Honest and reliable — and experts in their craft. Not what you’d expect from a plumbing company but these guys care about it and it starts from the top. Bob is a man of high integrity, oh yeah and he’s full of personality. A real class act. I would highly recommend bob Oates plumbing.

We had Nick and his crew replace older (1968) galvanized pipes with new lines for all of the fixtures. The water pressure had gotten extremely low from all of the buildup in the older galvanized pipes.
We had quotes from several other places and found Nick's price very fair and thorough. We were concerned about being able to access some of the pipes in the wall and he and his crew did a great job of minimizing the holes and repairing where they needed to cut. We can't even see now where it was.

The water pressure is now like a brand new house.

We highly recommend them.

Their window to show up was 11am to 1pm. They showed up at 3:45pm. $99 to show up and $420 to clear a slow draining tub. Shocking they did not waive the $99 fee given they showed up late and that is the absolute top tier price. Would avoid.

New Review for 3/23/23 work on my toilet: Montory and Garrett contiued their superb service once again, this time to repair my toilet. Got an appointment fast and they were able to show up promptly the next morning. They replaced my toilet fixtures and took care of the problem efficiently and patiently answered questions I had on other plumbing concerns. Craftsman Plumbing are the best and still highly recommend them!

Montory and Garrett did a fantastic job installing a new kitchen faucet and new fixture shutoffs. They took their time to get it done right and delivered quality results and service. Also, they were very pleasant and patient to work with. Worked with Montory twice now and he really goes the extra mile to make sure that I'm satisfied and all my concerns are taken care of. This was my third service call with Craftsman in the past two weeks to do several repairs/replacements for bath, kitchen and new water heater too and couldn't be more pleased. Shout out as well to Drew & Isaac on the water heater installation -- great job guys! Thanks Drew for updating the faucet order and guiding me through the basics of hot water heaters. Craftsman will be my go to plumber going forward; I'm so relieved to know that they are reliable, nearby, and available when needed.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!
