Fox Plumbing was amazing! From the time Rick showed up to give me a quote until the repair was completed by Jose the next day they exceeded my ever expectation. They were early to the appointments we scheduled. The quote was below what I had feared. They finished the job early! I will recommend Fox to all my friends!

Anthony did an amazing job. He was able to fix our broken outside faucet piping very quickly. He diagnosed in about 10 min and it took him only a little over an hour to fix it. I am very pleased with his service because the water for our home was only off for a very short time, which means a lot having kids. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for an efficient and knowledgeable plumber.

My wife really clogged my disposal. I called a couple of companies and was told 3-4 days. I called Beacon and someone answered on the first ring!Very professional. I asked if someone could come by today. He said sure, when would you like someone to come by? I said 2 hours. He said no problem.Turns out that was the owner!I got a call 30 minutes before from the plumber saying he’d be there shortly. Showed up exactly on time. Fixed it quickly, cleaned everything up beautifully! Professional, courteous, great job!Stop freaking, call Beacon!

I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world. I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently. He will be my goto plumber moving forward.

I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with everything about the service I received, I felt like I had to write something about this. I will be referring Pioneer Pluming & Sewer to everyone I know moving forward. You should be using them too.

The plumber fixed the wax seal under the toilet and fix the flange. We were unhappy with the price and contacted the owner (Drew). Drew was very reasonable to work with, listened to my concerns and after some discussion adjusted the pricing to an amount that we considered more reasonable. I think it’s not always the case that these situations can be resolved (and fairly quickly) - so I appreciate the effort that Drew invested to correct the situation.

I have been recommending JIm Dandy over the years to my clients who need side sewer work and video inspections of their existing lines. This is the first time I have used them for my own residence and am totally pleased. Aidan Lee, the technician who located my sewer line, was knowledgeable and answered, nicely I might add, all of my questions.
Do not bother with any other firm for sewer work. Period.

T.J. at Bob Oates went out to a rental property I have, to unclog some drains. He noticed the problem might be associated with a new pump system I had recently installed. He offered to follow up with a previous service person from Bob Oates before charging me. I really appreciate T.J.'s observations and his honesty. I would recommend Bob Oates to others that might ask me to refer a sewer and drain company.

These guys were amazing! They were very punctual. The crew showed up and repiped my moms whole house in less than a day! Quality job from Doug the estimater down to all the crew that worked hard and did a quality job . Reasonable bid too! Great crew! Thank you

Although they had to reschedule a few times, they were good about calling and letting us know and they were very apologetic. Adam was one of the plumbers who came out and they were very efficient and friendly and our bathrooms look great and haven't had any more issues!

These guys do a great job. In March just as the lockdowns starts we noticed water backing up in our basement utility sink. Raman showed up on a weekend and found the break in our sewer line. They had to dig down a ways and remove a retaining wall. They got it all fixed up and even put our retaining wall back up. Excellent work and safety precautions. We'll continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

I made an appointment with Fixer Seattle for a single toilet replacement. The morning of the appointment the single became two. I called early to inquire if they possibly could install both the same day. They were so accommodating. The plumber was punctual, the job done (both!!!) and the work was outstanding. I also discovered they also offer a variety of services for different home projects--carpentry, electrical, painting. I highly recommend Fixer Seattle for your one stop needs. I will certainly utilize them again.

I’ve used Bens Plumbing/HD partners for several plumbing jobs, and appreciate their customer service and communication from both the front office staff and plumbing technicians who come out onsite.

After a local Bremerton based company had given an estimate which involved excavating most of my yard and tearing up an entire fence to get at only a section of the failed sewer pipe I decided to explore other options. This happened right in the middle of the holiday season so it was even less convenient than it could have been. It turns out that nobody on the Kitsap Peninsula does trenchless pipe repair (I searched for days). I found Budget Sewer via Angies list and Paul agreed to come over to Bremerton to do the job using trenchless technology, saving my yard, fence, side walk, and garage.

When Paul came out to do the estimate it was extremely straight forward. Be ready for a thick Irish accent on the phone, might be a little tough to make out every word but he is a good guy and they do major sewer line replacement and relining for a living. These are not your average Joe plumbers. That became very apparent when they started the job. The crew (3 guys plus Paul) were out the next day (New Year’s Eve) all the way to Bremerton to knock the job out with purpose. The guys are Pro’s, I can’t stress that enough. One of the guys on the crew had been doing trenchless pipe repair with Paul for over 10 years.

The job involved two ~7ft hand dug holes, one just outside the house and one in the floor of my garage. New pipe was pipe bursted into place between the two holes and then connections were made to the house and the city sewer lines. The city inspector made the final inspection around noon and the holes were filled and concrete was patched in the garage by 2pm with them headed off to catch the next ferry back to Seattle. It seriously looks like nothing ever happened. Total Pros!

I had used Joe years ago and needed his services for another job. I had an exterior faucet that was intermittently working and he was able to come out a day after I e-mailed him. Not only did he fix it pretty quickly (~30 mins) it was a very fair price. Very pleased with Joe!

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!
