Best Sewer Replacement in Seattle WA

I had an appointment scheduled with them for a bathtub leak repair, I let them know I'm pregnant and we need this fixed ASAP before the baby comes. The customer service was great until day of my appointment I had a window booked from 9-12 and no one showed up. Called them 12:30 they said he'll be there soon. Called again at 2 fricking pm and apparently they had cancelled without notifying me. They rebooked for next day and same thing happens.

Showed on time. Worked quickly and competently. Fixed the problem and explained. Friendly and courteous.

Had an AC repair that needed to be done and the Seattle Sewer Company did a fantastic job. We were especially impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The repair was done quickly and efficiently and at a price that was within our budget.

I live in Bothell, WAVery unprofessional technician. The main technician was rude and had me move boxes while standing in my way. I had to ask him to move out of my way. When the job was done, they left without contacting me (they called me on my cell phone when they arrived, so you know that was not the issue). Since they left without informing me they were done, my garage door was left open while it was raining.I called the Technician on his cell phone to ask what happened and why I was not informed the job was done. He did not answer his phone and the corporate office said to call back on Monday to file a complaint.Very unprofessional and I will never recommend them to anyone in the area. I will also leave this same review on other review sites, so others don't have to experience this poor level of service.

Water heater was spitting out water, called, came same day and replaced it! They brought things up to code and it was all done quickly. Super professional, also helped with my sink. Joe was plumber who came and was great, and so was the person who answered the phone. 10/10 would recommend!

Tim the technician did an amazing job putting in my new water heater. After he left I had a concern and he came back to make sure everything was ok even though it was time for him to get off. Great customer service!

It was amazingly fast. The plumber came at the same day I texted to him. All the work was done very neatly and efficiently.

Disappointed in this company and the work that they did for me. I requested a cabling of my main sewer line and the technician only worked for about a hour before leaving after barley clearing the line. The company recommended a complete sidewalk tear up and broken line replacement which wasn't the actual issue. (according to them a “break” is also an offset) I had to talk to multiple managers to have them come out to attempt to clear the line a week after the first attempt, which they eventually did. Prices are too high for their lack of follow through. unfortunate this company has declined over the years in my opinion.

I could not believe what wonderful service I got,. They re-piped my house . Such pleasant plumbers, so considerate and friendly. 4 certified plumbers and 2 helpers converged on my house around 9:00am and set to work. They finished at 1:45pm. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they scattered and went to work, The man in charge, was everywhere seeing that things were done right,(sorry I can't remember their names, ) Thier price was reasonable and their work was excellent . I can't say enough for them and I will be recommending them to all my friends when they need a plummer.

I can’t begin to say how happy I am we selected Akers to replace our main water line. We recently received a letter from the water company saying our water usage was abnormally high. We quickly determined there was a leak between our meter and house. After some research we called the five highest rated plumbing companies. Ryan from Akers came out the same day I called. I was immediately impressed with his professional demeanor and knowledge. His understanding of our existing plumbing turned out to be exactly what was there and the estimate was very reasonable and competitive. After receiving the rest of the quotes it was an easy decision to select Akers.

Traci coordinated the utility marking and validated that where I live doesn’t have permit and inspection requirements (I checked too and she was right!). Ryan and his crew showed up and dug right in. They dug down where crossing utilities were so they could avoid hitting them. The existing water line was just where Ryan thought with the connections also being what he thought. They found the source of the leak coming from a section under our driveway. Finding it and the location I am glad we decided on replacing the line. They quickly installed the new water line and restored our yard as much as the rain would allow. Best of all they didn’t need to break any concrete! They will be back in a couple weeks to finish up once the mud/soil has settled. In all, the job took 4 hours when I had expected 10+.

For price, quality and experience Akers can’t be beat. I would recommend them to anyone!

Visited. Stayed 10 minutes. Charged $150 and claimed they would call when they get the part they would need to fix a leaky faucet (they don't seem to carry parts to fix leaky faucets). Never heard back from them.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
