Best Sewer Water in Seattle WA

I called Fox Plumbing & Heating to come and and give me an estimate on an older heat pump/furnace that hadn't been maintained or serviced in quite some time.The technicians, Chris and Josh met me at the house. They looked at the unit and instead of just saying it needs to be replaced, they were able to quickly diagnose the issues it was having, and gave some direction on what needed to be done to service it. This was something that was not done by a competitor who had been out the prior week. They wouldn't touch it.I have used Fox in my own home and have been very pleased by the professionalism and knowledge of everyone I've dealt with. They are the ones I'll be calling should my furnace or tankless water heater ever needs service.

My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.

Can get an appointment fast. Workers great. Only complaint is the scheduling team. Was told worker would be here at 7am. I called at 8am and was told the person leaves their house at 8am. Service technician did not come until 9:45 Am.

Nick and his crew were fantastic. Very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. I have been a RE Broker for over 30 years and was so lucky to get Nick and Repipe Masters to save my transaction. Great value-much better than two other big plumbing outfits that gave me bids. Rick is very knowledgeable and I was glad to have his expertise when it came time to knowing new toilets where a necessary fix. Everyone I have talked to at Puget Sound Plumbing has been friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them in the future should the need arise.

I called Clearwater recently and Simon ended up saving me thousands of dollars by correctly surmising that some very light, trickle-level flow that I had was not a leak but a different problem entirely.

Simon has expert-level knowledge on leaks and is very familiar with the intricacies of the Seattle water system; moreover he is very personable and patient in explaining the details of the detection process. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

Zoltan does great work! Reasonable prices, zero-pressure sales. If I need plumbing in the future, I will be calling him again!

Rude and sloppy

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
