We've used Fox on three different occasions, and have always been impressed with their level of professionalism and service. It's very clear that they spend time to train their employees on the art of customer service and setting expectations. There is always somebody there to answer the phones when other services are closed or require you to email them with latency between responses. Fox has always been able to show up same day or next day. What I like best is they explain exactly what's wrong, and then fix it efficiently and cleanly. They are a little expensive, but not that much more than most other plumbers, and you absolutely get what you pay for. Excellent work, prompt service, and piece of mind. It's totally worth it.

Jose did a great job installing a new hose bib on the exterior of our home. He had to work in snowy conditions. We will have him back in the spring to replace the other two hose bibs and our main shut off valve

I scheduled a consultation to reposition an electrical outlet for my range. I was told that somebody would be at my house between 2 and 5 PM today to do an estimate. I left my workplace in Bellevue early to meet with the Beacon representative at my Ballard home. Nobody from Beacon showed up. No phone call, nothing. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.

Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.

We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

Giovanni was extremely prompt, thorough and friendly. He took the time to explain and show me everything he was doing. When he was all done, he did a super job cleaning up. Highly recommend!

Bob Oates responded to my phone call and had techs on site the following day. We had a broken sewer pipe which they found and repaired instantly so we could get back on line while we evaluated our options for full and permanent repairs. We decided to make some changes to our interior plumbing as well as have our exterior drain lined. Anthony ran the job on the exterior while TJ was our interior plumber. They are two separate crews but they communicated with each other constantly. Both kept me informed on status each day until the job was done.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Jon (as well as other service techs) has been to our building several times. The work done has been invariably excellent, and communication about the issue and the fix are straightforward and helpful. They're the only plumber I'll work with and recommend to others.

Puyallup City Water Dept notified us we had a leak which needed fixing. Our go-to plumbing services (Spartan Rooter of Tacoma) recommended Simon at Clearwater Leak Detection. I called him and scheduled an appointment (only several days after my call). Our leak was located with some difficulty because it was a small one in the main water line coming from the meter to the house, but it was located underneath a sidewalk about 5' deep. Simon located it perfectly. He also recommended we replace our water shutoff valve next to the house because it was an old type that was prone to break. We then called 811 and had the location marked with whatever other underground utilities there were - several were close. After that, Spartan came out and repaired the leak and replaced the shutoff valve. Simon is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We recommend him 100% - nice to have had such a pro help us out.

We had an outdoor faucet that seized up and would not turn off, and the water continue to spray from the faucet.

We gave Zoltan a call and he said he could make it over asap. When he got here, he quickly assessed what needed to be done and gave an estimate. After we ok'ed the estimate, he got to work. In a short period of time, Zoltan had the faucet replaced and it was working flawlessly. He also deducted a little from the estimate because the job took less time than he thought it would.

It's great to have someone as honest, reliable, and knowledgeable as Zoltan. He is always who we call when needed!
