First step in a bathroom remodel got me off to a positive start. This is the fourth time I have called on Fox Plumbing and I would continue to call on them for plumbing needs.

I am so thankful for Dean from Beacon Plumbing! I discovered a toilet leak late Saturday afternoon and Beacon was able to send Dean right away. He was polite and professional; he showed respect for our home by wearing shoe protection. He quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it in minutes. Any less scrupulous plumber would have pointed to the problem I stated (old water supply valve) and insisted that this repair was necessary. Instead, he was able to tighten a few bolts and stop the leak without an unnecessary repair. The problem is fixed--two days and not a drop of water leaking! I was so grateful, I immediately called Beacon again to address an electrical issue. Thank you, Dean--it was a true pleasure meeting you and I will gladly call Beacon again!

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Arash, the business owner of Ridgid Plumbing came to our condo on a few hours notice to convert the incompatible shut off valve to one that will allow our new sitting dishwasher to be installed. Installer used by home depot can install it because they don’t want to deal with liability of connecting a metal braided hose to a plastic shut of valve. They also can’t fix it. The big problem we have is that we’ll have an open house to sell the condo next day and no functional dishwasher. Arash was able to fix this issue and install the dishwasher which work well and nicely placed. He also fixed the drains of the new vanity sinks the the contractor didn’t do a good job of making sure there was no leak. Arash was easy to talk with and don’t give you a hard sales or doomsday talks that will make you get scared of the cost of plumbing repair you’ll be dealing with. He showed honesty and integrity in his work. I kept his contact info because I know I will be needing his professional services in the future. Though he’s the business owner you can still see the humility and hard working traits in him explaining why he’s so successful and the quality of work he does.

Timely and super helpful - pretty expensive but got the job done

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

I would recommend Simon for everyone who needs water leak detection. Simon came over spent big efforts to identify where the line is, pinpoint the problems also gave professional recommendations. Living in an old house without precise knowledge of existing waterline structure, Simon was patiently navigating through the house step by step with thorough explanations. Truly pleasure to work with. Subject matter expertise in these areas.

My project to replace the water main from the meter to my house was very successful! The crew showed up at the promised time, started immediately and finished early. The city inspector passed the work the same day, and the trench was covered the next morning. The men were careful to avoid tracking any dirt in my home. The work area was cleaned up when they left, and the work was professionally done. I was offered a choice between to code work or an optional upgrade of 2 PVC sleeve over the pipe. I chose the sleeve as a reasonable cost increase for better protection against future soil penetration or digging. The lead plumber told me about a city-sponsored partial plumbing cost rebate program, which I was previously unaware of, thus saving me money on my next water bill. The crew decided to install a PEX line, which is state-of-the-art plumbing material, versatile and durable. After the job was finished, a small leak developed at the downstream end, which was quickly fixed, leading to a perfect installation. I am very happy with the process and the result.
