Best Sewer Replacement/Repairs in Seattle WA

Fox Plumbing was great. Their communication was excellent and very helpful. The actual diagnostic of my gas fireplace went well, ultimately, but the process wasnt as smooth as I might like. That said, I would go to them again, they did a very good job all in all.

So informative and did great work!! He was honest and trustworthy.

Great service. I live in a condo so we had timed stop valve replacement requirements. All done along with disposal replacement.

Only minor issue with shoe skid marks all over linoleum bathroom floors.

Nick and his team completed a whole house re-pipe, including replacing our water main line, relocating & installing a new water heater, and re-positioning a gas pipe for our dryer - in May of 2018. They finished the job in a day and a half. He was a pleasure to work with and had great communication - all at a very competitive price. Fast forward to this past weekend and the valve on the water main line had cracked and was gushing water on the side of our house. I called Nick late in the afternoon on Saturday - and while he was unable to make it out (on his day off - he was out of town for the day) he arrived at 8am on Sunday to replace the valve. I have recommended Nick and his team to several friends and neighbors! Excellent service!

This company is a con. They asked me more than $1000 for drain cleaning. I paid the $100 visit fee to send them away.
Note that I didn’t call this company, they had proxy companies that collected business for them.
I called another company and only cost 25% to get the job done.

Outstanding service!! Managed to get out the same day as I called and arrived exactly as scheduled. Very proficient!, localized and verified the problem very quickly, plot was accurate to within a foot, even thought my line was over three feet deep. Reasonable pricing for the level of expertise they brought to the job site. Very happy with the service!

We had an old hose bibb that was dripping and a ball valve that was supposed to shut off the water to that hose bibb that was no longer shutting off completely. I had someone from another plumbing company out earlier in the week for an unrelated drainage issue (I wish I had contacted O'Neill for that one as well). They gave a rough estimate of $12-1500 for the repair, but then never got back to me like they said they would.) On a T&M basis that seemed quite high, and he gave me a mealy-mouthed response about cost of materials, labor (even though I knew their hourly rate) and that they guarantee their work. I found O'Neill and gave them a call. They said the job sounded pretty straightforward and estimated at the most an hour per part of the job but said they would come out to give a free estimate. Colin and Frank arrived in the time window they said and quickly came up with an estimate of an hour total labor plus parts. That included cutting into the inside wall to replace the hose bib properly instead of unscrewing the old one from the pipe coming out of the house and putting on a non-frost free one, which the other guy wanted to do. Colin found a bit of an issue with the way the pipe was inside the wall and suggested that it would be a better fix if they went further back along the wall. All of this without adding to the additional time estimate. When all was said and done, we have a new valve under the house and a new frost free hose bibb, all for less than half what the other guy said it might cost. If I need a plumber again in the future, I know who I will call.

We had the unfortunate experience of our line backing up into our basement. This had happened before, and we had a different company out that cleared the line, but said there was a break in the pipe and the floor drain was collapsed and they would have to jackhammer the floor to repair it. They quoted a hefty price. Enter Sewer Friendly...they were able to clear the floor drain without a problem (it was NOT collapsed), and discovered the break was not underneath concrete, but in the yard. Rick, Cameron, and two others (whose names I didn't catch) were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I highly recommend Sewer Friendly. Oh, and it cost less than half what the first company wanted to charge!

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

We’d used Weezie’s about 3 years ago for a quick routine service and today we had an emergency so we called them right away. Jennifer was great, patient and understanding while I babbled in panic. Thorne came out and immediately calmed us with kindness and spoke to us with respect. He thoroughly explained the situation and then proceeded to complete the repairs. Thorne was amazing, we felt safe (as women) and treated honestly. The final bill was reasonable. We will only use them from now on.

This is the best plumber I have ever used in the 35 years of living in my old house. Joe did a great job and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. He was quick to respond the same day I called and the price was very reasonable. I wi recommend him to every one of my friends.

Had Fischer plumbing out to look at a leak... The plumber was here for 15 mins, said we needed a replumb and someone would be in contact from the other division. Paid $250 for that visit and never heard from them again...

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
