Best Sewer Replacement in Seattle WA

We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that caused a drip into the downstairs. Fox arranged an afternoon appointment and called to ask to move it earlier! They sent Fate, who diagnosed the problem as a leaky toilet, explained it clearly, and fixed it quickly. Since it was an installation issue, he stayed to check the downstairs as well. He was very nice and was very careful with clean-up as well. Fox is the only plumbing company we’re going to use going forward.

My hot water tank failed on a Saturday and I called one of the competitors (their name came up first on a internet search). I was told they would call at 8:00 Sunday morning for an appointment between 8 and noon. The call never came so I contacted them. I was assured that they would be out soon. Never showed. I finally called again and was told the he was just going to call me to say they could not make it. I wasted most of the day waiting for something that was not coming. I called Beacon and they were there within three hours. Josh and James were very professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. The tank and installation was somewhat more than I expected but that had nothing to do with the work of Josh and James. I would recommend Beacon for their workers but be aware that their prices are a little on the high side. It was nice to have a competent pair of workers in my house. Nice job!Tom

Main sewer line backup of old (1926) house--common problem. Was impressed with the expediency & professionalism of Roto-Rooter--they took care of everything. First, the plumber snaked the line to get everything back and running and water draining--he stuck around for a few hours solving the issue (took the toilet off to snake that line even though it was likely the main stack, etc). He got the water mitigation salesman (Mark) to come out right away, who was very professional and thorough--his team then came and did the water mitigation as best they could--removed the carpet, drywall, etc. He also set me up with a very competent general contractor to do the repair work!

Morgan and Pavil came to my house at the end of their shift and went above and beyond to find the cause of my frozen pipes. The source of the problem wasn’t apparent at first and they dug through the snow, crawled under my house, and talked to my neighbors until we solved it. I’m thankful to them. They kept my wife and I from having to get a hotel for the night.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

We used Todd when we bought our home on Queen Anne. It was an older home and he help to make sure we didn't have any sewer issues. We have had friends that did not do sewer scopes and that have had costly issues, especially in older neighborhoods.

Bobby, Frank and Julian came out and saved.the.day. I called 12 other companies and they all said they wouldn't touch the problem (septic flooding into the backyard) because the system was old and we are in the city of seattle. I have used O'Neill many times, it just didn't occur to me they would look at my septic. When I called them for a referral, they said we'll come look at it! They sent a superhero. You know you are off to a good start when you get the guy who just looks like he has been doing this for a while, he gives you a big smile, and says over and over We are going to get to the bottom of this! The other companies charged $450 just to show up and O'Neill came out and troubleshooted for quite a while and charged me NOTHING. They came back the next day and flushed the system (no one else wanted to try) and it worked!! I am a seriously grateful homeowner. For more serious customer service examples, while some of the guys set up, Bobby walked around my new (old) house and helped me figure out the main water shut off, turned the irrigation back on for the spring, and looked at my malfunctioning water heater all while never once seeming condescending. Lastly, they had to stretch a hose across the sidewalk so Julian stayed at the street all day to make sure no one tripped! To keep himself busy he swept my entire driveway. I couldn't make this stuff up. Good guys, good job done. Thank you!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
