This service has been very disappointing. I had called and discussed the case with the dispatcher who stated that they will come out to make a formal diagnosis of the issue for $75. I had explained to them that the drain is clogged. When the plumber, Paul had come out, they only took a look at the tub and said it was clogged (which is what I had already stated on the phone). It was $1800 for a hydro jet and $800 for snaking it. I declined and they charged me $75. Would have expected a more formal diagnosis. Later called Vortex plumbing which I highly recommend. They came out used a camera diagnosed the problem, used a hydro jet said if you snaked it, the pipe would have broke and only charged less than a third of what I was quoted by Beacon plumbing. I would probably get a quote from other sources prior to using Beacon.

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

I had standing water in my bathtub and tried to fix myself with no success. I called Roto-Rooter they came out within a few hours, Alex was very professional and courteous, fixed the problem in no time. It was expensive but worth it to be back in business!

Arash came to our rescue when the City of Bellevue forgot to turn our main water back on. It was a quick but thorough interaction. He is easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable!

I had the pleasure of having Brandon come over to my home last minute to help me with an issue with our tub. He was very informative, and willing to help at all costs in order for me to fix my issue same day. After multiple discussions on possible ways to fix my underlying issue with my pipe, Brandon was able to not only fix the broken pipe or also give recommendations on how to ensure that this won’t happen in the future. All in all, will definitely hire Brandon again and the company once more. It was a great, fast, efficient and more importantly a great value.

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

Our hot water heater gave up the ghost and we called PSPH. Steve M. and Tyler V. arrived sooner than the scheduled time; they were thorough with their assessment of the situation - to repair or to install new; they patiently worked with our budget constraints and were knowledgeable about the product options available for our specific situation. They began the work with our confident approval immediately.

My water bill was going through the roof so I called out a plumbing company named Roto router that took me to the cleaners for a couple thousand dollars and didn’t even fix the leak! Don’t ever call Roto router ever they are rude and so expensive and then did not do the job at all. My experience with Clearwater was totally different totally! They showed up exactly on time very personable, Great smile and actually spoke English not that I’m not a fluent in 48 other languages LOL but he’s the first one of 32 were from rotor router that spoke my language which was refreshing and he was knowledgeable told me what he thought it was and he was exactly right. He said it was going to go outside and see what he could find and within 20 minutes he was back at the door telling me it was all fixed I could not believe it all fixed the meter was not running at all with the leak and he told me I had been leaking about 700 gallons per day per day! Incredible what a waste thanks Roto router for running my water bill up another $300 by not fixing anything. Thank you to Clearwater for fixing things Alderwood Water came out and checked the meter no leaks no leaks no leaks no leak. Don’t hesitate to call Clearwater they are the best! Perfect example of Unprofessional. Never showed for confirmed appointment - waited 1 hour, called, and texted with no response. I called Sewer Inspections NW today at 2 pm for a sewer scope, to be completed today in North Seattle. Joey called me back and said he could complete the sewer scope at 4:30 pm. I sent him the info he requested. He never showed up or returned texts or phone calls. He put my client in a tough spot and was completely unreliable for us.

Raman came at 11:50 am and was done removing and replacing my garbage disposal at 12:25 pm. Fast, efficient and professional. Cleaned up after himself. Excellent job overall! Wore a mask and gloves for safety. Can't say enough good things.

I hired O’Neill Plumbing Company after having a really bad experience with another supplier recommended by The Home Depot. After being without water for 4 days and the other company leaving the premises without any solution, Donna from O’Neill called me to learn about my experience and figure out how they could help.

Nelson showed up at my place to assess the situation on Saturday evening and was able to fully explain the process, the cost, and their commitment to get the work completed on Sunday. Nelson, Bobby, and Mickey were at my place at 9:30am as scheduled. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. They took care of everything and, although the cost ended up being higher than I initially budgeted for, it was worth every cent as the process was seamless and the work was completed as expected within the time frame they provided.

On top of that, their positive attitude and customer service was top notch. They sacrificed their Mother’s Day celebrations to complete this project and can’t thank them enough for such a great experience. I would highly recommend O’Neill Plumbing Company to anyone looking for similar services. They’re simply the best!

I had given up hope that my water tank would survive much longer, but this neighborhood plumber saved the day by installing a new one at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use him for all of my plumbing issues because of his excellent job!

10/10 service all around. Installed a tankless water heater after we had ours go bust.

Value: Quote came in 40% cheaper than another major competitor in the West Seattle area for a top of the line 97% efficiency unit.

Responsive: Came same day (for free unlike 99% of the other plumbers) to give us a quote. Installed the unit NEXT DAY so we did not go too long without hot water.

Professional: Plumber (tre?) was a rockstar. He was communicative, efficient and overall great to work with.

I highly recommend them and they are my new go-to plumber in West Seattle moving forward!

My shower had a clog. I was out of town. My wife called me and said she had caledl a plumber. Of course my initial thought was this plumber repiped my whole house and it was going to cost $50k. It turns out Ready Rooter unclogged the drain and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. She told me they were there shortly after she made the appointment and she didn't feel intimidated when they showed up. I will call them in the future and will recommend them to friends.

We've had Arrow out a few times and he always gets the job done. In the process, he educates us on what to look for and when to anticipate things. We're loyal, repeat customers and highly recommend to other West Seattle residents.
