Fate Duncan came to my house to check and drain/clean the water tank. He was very professional and helped me to understand the process and responded to a bunch of other questions I had.

Just wanted to get a new heating/cooling system estimate. The first words out of their mouth was there will be a $75.00 travel charge but the estimate would be free. Doesn't sound free to me.Then they went on to say that their charge is the lowest in the area. The other 7 heating/cooling businesses were no charge for their estimate. Beacon just missed out on a $25,000 sale.

Nick and his crew were able to re-pipe my house in just one day, as promised. They were respectful and cleaned up when they left. Unfortunately I had a small leak at a connection, but they came back when i called, corrected the leak, and re-configured my tub and shower valves to my satisfaction. Their bid was significantly below the competing company that offers re-pipe services. I would recommend Re pipe Masters based on my experience.

Simon came out the same day I called about our main water line break. He detected the leak and was able to repair it 2 days later. He showed me the broken pipe and the how he repaired it. The whole time spent took about 3 hours. The price was was 50% less than a quote I received from a plumbing company!! Excellent work. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Leak Detection.

Raman was great. He was able to to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, arrived within the time window he provided, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided some guidance on how to keep the line clear (gunked up just from regular use). His rate was reasonable and we would definitely use him in the future.

O'Neill did an excellent job of replacing our failed 48 year old waterline. Prior to selecting their bid to do the work, they installed a temporary water connection, at no cost to us, so we could resume normal living until our new water line was installed. Amazing business. Roto rooter declined to repair my sewer line, I called Green Planet Plumbing and they did repair it in a short notice and with a very good price. Recommended them to my friends, and they did jet cleaning of a sewer line, that they were thinking needs a replacement and saved tons of money

Perfect example of Unprofessional. Never showed for confirmed appointment - waited 1 hour, called, and texted with no response. I called Sewer Inspections NW today at 2 pm for a sewer scope, to be completed today in North Seattle. Joey called me back and said he could complete the sewer scope at 4:30 pm. I sent him the info he requested. He never showed up or returned texts or phone calls. He put my client in a tough spot and was completely unreliable for us.

Great service, great price, timely work. Highly recommend.
