Best Sewer Pipe in Seattle WA

Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Our technician came out promptly and within the 15 minute window that was given. We had him look at an issue we had with a drainage problem. He let us know what would be needed in order to see what it was, which ended up being more than we had budgeted for. He then let us know that there was an alternative way that he could access from the roof, and while he preferred not to, would be willing. We appreciated his honesty - he also found another smaller issue and fixed it before it became a headache. We appreciated it!

My wife and I have had Nathan Ware do two separate jobs for us and have been impressed both times. He goes above and beyond to make sure he is giving us what we want and doing the job at a high level. I will be requesting Nathan for future jobs and letting my neighbors know who they should call for all plumbing needs!

Miguel did a fantastic job. He was easy to deal with and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done to my house. I will be using Miguel and Gene Johnson plumbing for all my future needs.

That plumber's arrival made my day. I've been able to use the shower regularly again, and it works wonderfully for my plumbing needs.

4 hours away from picking up my parents from the airport my sewer line backs up flooding the basement (thank you 60 yr old pipes). Ryan Rollings arrived within 30 minutes and left fixing our issue an hour before I had to pick up parents. Ryan answered all my questions and I felt confident my plumbing issues were resolved. I am so happy with Armin and his assistant Jorge! I had a clogged bathtub and called Rapid Plumbing for help. They came over right away and assessed the situation. It turned out the problem was much larger than a clogged drain! They were so dedicated and stayed until 9:00pm to ensure the problem was resolved and Armin was satisfied that everything was working correctly again. They were very professional, polite, and very clean. They disinfected everything before they left. I felt so guilty for keeping them on a job so late, but I was so grateful for their hard work and dedication to getting the job done correctly. I wholeheartedly recommend Rigid Plumbing and Drain Services and will use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

It took another company over a week to send a plumber out to the job. When that plumber got there, he said he needed to bring in a camera crew, and that would require waiting another week! All the while, I had to keep the apartment vacant because it wasn't rentable without the repairs. Jim Dandy came out the same day I called them, analyzed the problem, and put me on the schedule for two days (not two weeks) later. Very pleased with the work and the fast response. Proper plumbing is always hideously expensive, and that's true with Jim Dandy as well- but if you're going to pay a fat price to get something done the least you can expect is that it will be done quickly and correctly so you can get on with life. Very, very pleased with this company and the job they did.

We had a major issue with our garbage disposal, kitchen sink drain, and a couple other things in our home so we called Bob Oates for a day-of repair. T.J. came right over, was polite and professional, and fixed everything for us all within a few hours of the phone call. He was honest and conscious of our budget making sure to only work on things that really needed his attention. Thanks!

We always use PSP. Workers are always punctual and professional. They explain things so dummies like me can understand. I highly recommend PSP.

I would recommend Simon for everyone who needs water leak detection. Simon came over spent big efforts to identify where the line is, pinpoint the problems also gave professional recommendations. Living in an old house without precise knowledge of existing waterline structure, Simon was patiently navigating through the house step by step with thorough explanations. Truly pleasure to work with. Subject matter expertise in these areas.

Very bad experience. I called their number and setup an appointment for Sunday 2PM. I texted the address as I was asked so he knows where the property is. I also asked my agent to show up there. Unfortunately the person never showed up. I called him, texted him many times, but he did not get back to me. I was forced to rush on finding someone else as I had a pending inspection offer and needed it. Do not recommend them in case you want someone serious and you have tight timeline.

I hired Zoltan to advise me on my DIY underground bathroom rough in, and he was extremely helpful. He came out the day after I requested him, and for a reasonable price he spent time advising me on the details of my underground plumbing project. The job was extensive, I hadn’t done this work before, and with Zoltan’s help I was able to pass my inspection smoothly. He was detailed, and knew his stuff. I will definitely work with Zoltan again, and would trust him with any plumbing project.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
