Best Sewer Pipe in Seattle WA

Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

This is a revised review...am having low water pressure in the tub of an old house with galvanized pipes. Although I'm aware the entire house should be replumbed, this was the only option I was given as a solution. I'm not able to take on the entire job at this time so was charged $150 to be told there was nothing to be done but that. I called after the tech left asking about it and was told that it was the norm to be charged for a service visit even if no service was provided as the tech comes prepared to do some service. I was asked by the tech what I'd like him to do but as my options were nothing or commit to a total repipe, I chose nothing in that moment. Needed to think about what else I could do. After leaving a review of my experience, Cat from Fox reached out to make things right and refund the cost of the estimate which she said should have been no charge with the options I was given. I really appreciate the effort on her part to make my experience a better one and the great customer service that can be a rare experience these days. When I'm ready to do the whole house I'm much more inclined to call Fox to do the work. Thanks, Cat.

I want to start off with the positive aspects of my experience. My technician was on time, he was respectful of my home and was very informative. So had we been able to agree on the value of the work I feel like this would be a five star review.
However, I couldn't justify paying 1598$ for a new faucet in my kitchen sink. I'm insulted that the appointment setter on the phone would not give me a ballpark of their companies charge for such a simple job. I would like Gene Johnson plumbing to give me back the $54 they charged me to send their rep out and try to close Me on , at a bare minimum $600/hr. I literally had the sink disassembled and all that would have been needed was to drop the new faucet in. I did the work myself in under an hour. I was not offered a lower price taking into account that most of the work was already done. If I could have my $54 back, that would almost cover the time I lost at work.

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

Jesus and Liam from Beacon hill plumbing helped detach and cap the gas line for an oven I am having removed. I called the day before when I learned my oven delivery was coming the next day, they were able to help me get the old oven safely detached before the delivery.

Emerald city sewer is now, the Parts warehouse.
They found an older part; (stems) for a bathtub. Well done

I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world. I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently. He will be my goto plumber moving forward.

I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with everything about the service I received, I felt like I had to write something about this. I will be referring Pioneer Pluming & Sewer to everyone I know moving forward. You should be using them too.

I will say that they are quick to get out, make a diagnosis, and resolve the issue. I called and got a technician out within 30 minutes.What I am not happy about is the billing. The way it was documented seems shady. They are very expensive compared to the local plumbers...My husband told me over the phone while the tech was present that the work would be $1323 (Labor was $1050) and it would take about 3 hours to complete. They had to replace my garbage disposal, replace some sort of basket strainer, and they moved a plastic pipe even though it was not necessary as it had been that way for the last 16 years. Paper receipt did not specify time, however, when I checked the emailed copy of the receipt, it stated the labor was for 3 hours along with the price, when in fact it was only 1.5 hours. Technically, it would be about $700 per hour. So I am questioning the price because the way it is documented, it seems like it should be less and was based on per hour charges. Had it not been documented that way, I would not have questioned it, but it looks shady. This looks like this was $440 per hour, but it did not take 3 hours. I was told their prices were set and not based on hour. I left a message for Ms. Swanson after her phone went straight to voicemail. Please check out the receipt.

Super friendly and professional. We worked with Armin. He was very polite and efficient and did great work! So grateful that we found Rigid plumbing so quickly!

Ryan came out and quickly assessed the design to make my clients shower/toilet area more accessible was in fact feasible. He was able to get us in the schedule as our regular plumber was unable. Ryan improved the over all location & function of water shut offs so the whole building wouldn’t have to be shut down again to do service.

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

I had a valve break under my kitchen sink and had to turn off the main water. Called and they said they'd have someone out between 1-3, I then called them at 3:15 and they wanted to reschedule me for the next morning. So I wasted over 3 and half hours from the time it happened for them to let me know they don't think they'll make it. I called another company and they were able to come out and fix it. Terrible communication.

Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

John is the best! He is very professional, patient, responsible and knowledgeable! His expertise and knowledge helped me discover a significant sewer issue (that will cost $30k to fix) in my house buying process. I would recommend John to anyone who is buying a house. Will save you big bucks in the long run! I will definitely hire him to help me with my next house buying!

Excellent plumber in every way -- a difficult rusted and clogged pipe problem in my kitchen. Zoltan was able to analyze the problem and come up with a creative solution in a short time. Totally reasonable rates too. I'm so grateful I found him.
