After our approval, Josh and his team installed the new Furnace and Heat Pump system efficiently and with an attention to detail. In addition, they took the time to evaluate the flow and balance the system. Then, without rushing, they trained us on advantageous optional ways to utilize our new thermostat and system. My first and only experience with this company was not good and I would not recommend them. I made an appointment for a service of my furnace. When the technicians finally arrived (several hours after the initial time they stated they would arrive) I was informed that they would not perform a service on my system because it was too old and it just needed to be replaced. This is a rental house and I was just trying to get the system serviced to hopefully operate better. Within a few hours of the technicians leaving my furnace stopped working all together. This was in late February with temps pretty chilly - I woke up to a house that was about 52 degrees. I called the technicians early the next morning and they said they would come back out and see what happened...but they never showed up! I finally got a call about 6pm that evening after making several attempts to contact and they said they would be out the following morning. So over 24 hours with no heat and my furnace dies within a couple hours of them coming out to look at it??? Then they charge me a nice $145 diagnostic to tell me the furnace needs replacement. The whole experience was terrible.

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.

Full of excuses, waited 3 weeks for them to fix a broken shower, lack of communication on rescheduling and when things will be fixed

The responsiveness of this company is fantastic. Our water heater stopped working 2x in the past year- nothing to do with the water heater itself but rather our toddler turning it off and someone knocking into the gas and turning it off- and both times I called after hours in the evening and they answered my call and helped me figure out the problem each time. Highly recommend!

Although we had weather delays and some delay due to discovery (actually expected), the team worked with me to continually strategize the work to be done. There is still a little clean up / path restoration to do, but the business end of the job is done and done well.
