josh did a great job with the installation. He stayed late to get the job done right and communicated effectively regarding what was going on and the specifics of the unit that was being installed. Very pleased with the whol;e process. Would recommend to anyone.

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

2 Sons provided excellent service. Extremely quick and responsive on the phone. Reasonable prices charged on top of it too in an environment where plumbing services are being massively overcharged. Robert showed up right on time (on a Sunday morning!) and did a great job. Highly recommended.

We were doing a bathroom remodel. We needed a plumber to install tub/shower fixturing + rework some funky piping in the wall behind the shower & tub from the previous homeowners DIY project. Mike Vornheder was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable & good at explaining our options to fix the funky piping. The new tub/shower fixturing fits perfect & looks great. He left the work area in perfect order when finished. To me projects that include remodel & retro fitting always takes more skill. I would definitely call on Beacon & Mike to help us out again.

Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

Issue was a clog in the sink and later determined was well past 30'.Roto-Rooter was extremely friendly and professional from initial call to service, and close. A service man was to our house in less than 2 hours from our call and received follow up calls to communicate status.Efran C., 2028, service tech, was competent, thorough, attentive to needs of customer, effective in communication thr p.ough entire process, respectful, and friendly.Roto-Rooter lives up to its name. Armin assessed the problem...out of code piping during remodel causing back-ups and leaking. His solution...to cut into the wall and rebuild the piping system and install a smaller disposal that allowed better flow and no back-up....in and out in less than two hours.

The technician was on time and quickly accessed the scope of the job. Once he was able to get the part the repair was done quickly and with lots of respect for our house. Overall very satisfied. Only suggestion for improvement is if by knowing what the job was beforehand they could have had the proper part with them upon arrival.

After receiving a water bill over $500 for my rental house, I had my son call Clearwater Leak Detection to locate the leak. Simon gave us the time he would be out, and was at the residence as stated. He explained the process he would use to locate the leak and what his charges were. He promptly went to work and after a few hours he located the leak in the main water line. He stated he could fix it and gave me a price that was reasonable. He set a time to do the repair and again arrived as state with all the equipment needed to do the job. After digging a very large, deep hole, he located the leaking line exactly where he stated it was and replaced the leaking section of the line, that had been repaired 3 times before with hose clamps, with a new section of water line with brass fittings. He was at all times Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Professional in his work. I would not hesitate to call Simon again or recommend him to anyone that would need his services.

Andy and his crew replaced the water line in my yard. The work was exceptional and all damage to the landscaping was repaired good as new. It improved the flow of water into my home a great deal. I would recommend them.

I've depended on ONeill Plumbing for several years, for projects both big and small. Never been disappointed, will continue to use them whenever I need plumbing work. They have been punctual, professional and friendly.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

The work was done in a clean proficient way and the problems were solved and repaired satisfactorilly. The only complaints would be the arrival of the workers , which was several hours later than I was originally told and also the billing was a little higher than I had
expected.
