The first time we ever had to call a plumber, we remembered hearing the commercials for Fox Plumbing, and decided to give them a call. The drip in our living room was disturbing, but Kit came out quickly, and was easily able to identify the problem. He set up in the living room and replaced the joint where the leak was, and showed us what caused the leak. While we're not happy that we had a leak, we're glad Kit was able to come out and help us!

Great service starting with the person that took my phone call on Saturday, all dispatchers and the two technicians that we worked with. Very professional, followed up with us every step of the way, provided information and photos to explain the situation. Work was done in a timely manner. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to friends and family.

I got jerked around by a countertop company (Intown Granite & Quartz). It took them 4 deliveries to get it right. 2 Son’s Plumbing was so accommodating as I had to keep rescheduling faucet installation. They came out late on a Friday evening so I could use my kitchen sink for the first time in a month.

Jesus and Liam came out today only a few hours after I called. They were absolutely dialed in and fixed my burst pipe in about an hour. Great guys and obviously knowledgeable about what they do. Pricing a bit off but it’s two days before Christmas in an ice storm and I was out of water.

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

My kitchen drain backed up due to an obstruction in the pipe. The blockage was impossible to snake out, it was some strange slime like material such that a drain snake could push through, but not push out. The repair entailed location of the blockage, construction of a containment area due to the dust created from the removal of a patch of cement basement flooring, cutting out a section of drain pipe, pressure cleaning the remaining pipe, replacement of the removed section of pipe, filling the cavity with gravel and pouring new cement to restore the floor and extensive clean-up of the area.Chuck Graf, the technician who performed this work was friendly, professional and skilled. I used to be a manager at The Boeing Company, based on my experience I found Chuck to be the kind of employee every manager desires. He's got a good attitude and work ethic, highly competent with respect to his requisite skill set and great customer interaction.

Richard showed up on time - did a very good job with our bathroom drain. Was very patient and worked till the problem got much better. I generally do not do reviews - but this was very good.

Great service. I live in a condo so we had timed stop valve replacement requirements. All done along with disposal replacement.

Only minor issue with shoe skid marks all over linoleum bathroom floors.

Charged over $2,000 for roughly 2 hours of work. Said the bill was based on their reference book for repairs. If I was willing to write a positive 5-star review, they would provide a 10% discount.

I wrote the review. No discount. Called on several occasions to receive the credit. Never happened. Eventually, I just gave up.

Sad that a business operates in this manner. Wish I could give a 0-star rating.

I would recommend Simon for everyone who needs water leak detection. Simon came over spent big efforts to identify where the line is, pinpoint the problems also gave professional recommendations. Living in an old house without precise knowledge of existing waterline structure, Simon was patiently navigating through the house step by step with thorough explanations. Truly pleasure to work with. Subject matter expertise in these areas.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
