I had an issue with a shower drain the previous owner did not install properly. Fox Plumbing was easy to schedule. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. The plumber did quality work and the job was done quickly. The price was very reasonable. I had a great experience and would recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone.

I am sorry to give this rating. I never seen such a rude and unprofessional service. After they installed my Tankless Water Heater with very expensive cost, I asked them to do the 1st flush of the heater for free. They agreed after a long negotiation. When I asked the to do it, they told me it passed the one-year warranty and will not do it for free! I didn't negotiate for the warranty! When I tried to explain to Mark, he started to accuse me as rude!!! And put me on hold while I was trying to explain to him. I couldn't continue the talk with them. Please, be aware to put everything in writing and don't trust their words if you are going to use their expensive service. This is my mistake to trust them!

I moved into an older home on the Seattle Sound and it’s beautiful but Not the drains in the sink, bathroom and kitchen. I should have called Roto-Rooter immediately. I now have functioning drains and the knowledge how to care for a Septic System, including the products to help keep it healthy. Who knew septic systems (can) suffer from anti bacterial soap and medicines. It only makes sense to call Roto-Rooter. Thanks for being so fast!

Brandon did a quick and speedy job, even calling to say there were a couple of additional repairs he’d noticed that needed attention. He did one problem and l will schedule the other repair for later. Thank you...

After receiving a water bill over $500 for my rental house, I had my son call Clearwater Leak Detection to locate the leak. Simon gave us the time he would be out, and was at the residence as stated. He explained the process he would use to locate the leak and what his charges were. He promptly went to work and after a few hours he located the leak in the main water line. He stated he could fix it and gave me a price that was reasonable. He set a time to do the repair and again arrived as state with all the equipment needed to do the job. After digging a very large, deep hole, he located the leaking line exactly where he stated it was and replaced the leaking section of the line, that had been repaired 3 times before with hose clamps, with a new section of water line with brass fittings. He was at all times Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Professional in his work. I would not hesitate to call Simon again or recommend him to anyone that would need his services.

I am very happy with this company and with Raman. He was the third quote I got after being swindled and smooth talked by two big-box drain companies with HUGE quotes. Raman said, Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done. SO efficient and capable and professional. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

A company is mostly based off of the personnel customers are in contact with, i.e. customer service. Maybe this is a good company but I wouldn't give them my business based on the horrible customer service I was given via telephone when calling about some inquiries. The gal nearly hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Was available next day and showed up on time. Repaired a leaking hose spigot quickly and with minimal drywall damage. Will use them again for future plumbing projects.

I am in an older home and have septic. Unfortunately I have had to use Trusted Plumbing and Heating on several occasions because of roots growing into my pipes.
