Absolute ripoff, never use them again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company overcharges by extreme amounts and lies. They took advantage of my 70 year old mother who is a widow on social security and left her without heat for 2 weeks during the winter and took $11,000 of her savings! They told her that a repair to her furnace would cost $1000 so she opted to install a new one. In retrospect they probably overpriced that repair to get her to buy a new one. Then they did a poor job of replacing her furnace for $4000 and then when she called them back to have them look at why it was making so much noise they said the only option for less noise was for her was to replace the heater she had just installed which would require enough installation changes it would cost $11000 more! And it was not a little noise, it was super loud like a plane Everytime it came on. She thought that a new heater was her only.option. They then lied and wrote up invoices to make it appear that she requested a new furnace when they told her she would have to do this, there was no option. They told her to sign on the satisfied with work line before work was done. Conned her I to getting financing. They delayed or cancelled appointments and ignored her numerous calls and office visits when they kept missing appointments and she was in a freezing house. They left the house a mess,sealant on the walls and light fixtures, holes cut in ceilings. They never got permits to move the heater and the garage installation has impeded the carport so you bang the passenger door on the heater setup. Yes, she should have taken a moment to get a second opinion when they told her her only option was to install a new heater, but she assumes people will have her best interest at heart. Not gouge a little old lady for her savings! Truly awful company.

Sandeep, my plumber arrived on time, understood my problem, explained to me my options, and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. Was courteous, knowledgeable and more than willing to give me home plumbing advice. If I ever have an issue again I'll definitely call him again.

Reza and Arush moved a trap, hot and cold water valve, and installed our new vanity. They completed the job very quickly. They are both extremely friendly, and respected our home by wearing shoe covers and laying down protected covers on the all work spaces. We will be using their services in the future for any plumbing or drain services.

Evan is awesome, we got back from vacation on tuesday to find out we had a water heater that was leaking everywhere. I called a couple guys and took pics and told me since I had radiant heat they couldn't get the job done. in short ProMax Water Heater was recommended to me, and Evan was so quickly to reply and he found a tank that would work with my radiant heat! he came early on Thursday morning and not only did he install the water heater he was looking for other future problems since the pipes were making some weird sound. Everything is fixed now and I know if iI need any plumbing services in the future I will be quick to give him a call

They don’t charge service fee no matter you decide to go with their solution or not.All other company all charge $75 for inspections or service charge for the visit.and the technician was very professional!But it is very expensive! They want to charge me $650.00 for replacing a $40.00 Check valve which only takes 5 minutes labor. I eventually declined their service after failed to negotiate the price. And got replaced by myself.Do your research, homeowners!

We have a side sewer that serves three houses that are owned by our family. About five years ago, there was a root problem in the common six-inch line going to the street sewer. We called a local plumber, who cleaned out the roots and proposed a pipe lining solution to prevent further root problems. The pipe lining solution seemed risky and high priced, so we did not pursue that.

We recently became aware of the trench-less sewer line replacement process that uses pipe bursting to pull continuous heavy polyethylene pipe into the space previously occupied by the old pipe. Shortly after that, two of our neighbors hired Ed at NW Sewer Repair to replace their side sewers. We got to see Ed and his crew perform the pipe-bursting process, and we were impressed by the process and their expertise. The price also seemed very reasonable.

We hired Ed to do our job. For some time I had been worried about how to do it and how much it would cost, but his method seemed like the solution. Our job had some significant challenges that Ed handled with minimal complication. He quickly solved problems that probably would have stopped people with less experience. During the work, we were without sewer only a few hours at a time, and we always had a temporary connection most of the day and all night. We now have a new side sewer that is better and more durable than the old concrete one. We are completely satisfied with the quality and value of what we received, and we learned a lot. Our experience was very consistent with all of the positive reviews on this site. We highly recommend Ed and NW Sewer Repair.

2sons did a fantastic job on my water heater. Made the call to them as my water heater decided to puke out. 3 hours later I had hot water. This is the service I was looking for. Thanks 2sons for your outstanding quick service and repair.

He took the time to properly assess and diagnose, provided options and took care to communicate along the way allowing us to drive the decision. I am very impressed with Arron, Adrian and Brandon for the work they did in fixing the leaks under the bathroom sink and replacing two toilets for me. Arron was very responsive in assessing the plumbing issues I had and came up with a very reasonable solution. Highly recommend.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

I was getting ready for work on a Wednesday morning when I heard a weird gurgling in the sink. After a moment it stopped, but shortly afterwards what appeared to be sewage started backing up into the shower. I immediately started searching for a plumber. Aaron from Jafco responded to my inquiries almost immediately and gave us a reasonable quote. He was able to come that day and run a scope down out main line and clear the blockage. He also explained what was causing the issue and gave us a quote on that repair. He was very professional and there was no hard sell. When we are ready for our next repair, we look forward to working with Aaron at Jafco again.
