Best Rooter Repair in Seattle WA
Eric C came out within an hour of calling Beacon after our expansion tank suddenly ruptured and was spraying water all over our garage. He was very professional and friendly and recommended that they replace the entire water heater since it was 15 years old (well past the life expectancy of a gas water heater). They had one on the truck and had it installed within an hour.

Guy showed up hours late, poured some liquid down the drain and refused to find out the underlying problem because taking the garbage disposal apart would be too gross. $500 for 5 minutes of work and it was broke again the next day. You'll find roto-rooter under rip-offs in the dictionary.

I'm so grateful to have found Arash and his crew at Ridgid Plumbing. I'm a repeat customer. A few months ago, we had a leak from the shower into the crawlspace. Arash came out the same day, located and repaired the leak. It turned out to be a somewhat involved process, and he stayed late on a Friday evening to get the job done right. Professional, neat, tidy and honest and upfront. Another time, they came out to snake a clogged line, took great care and got us up and running quickly. Reliable, trustworthy service!

Timothy was fantastic. We were able to get a appointment the next morning, were alerted 30 minutes before arrival and Timothy showed up right on time. He was friendly, informative and competent. Price was good. We will use this company for future work.

I called on Monday 8/3/18 and was told that they had no technicians in the office. The person who answered the phone told me she would a tech out between 8-10 am the next day. They showed up right at 10am and looked at the problem. Told me what they would need to do to fix it. We sat down they went over estimate and had me sign off on agreed amount. Both techs who came out where professional and friendly. My one cat who doesn’t really care for other folks actual allowed them to pet him. Happy with work they did and will be using them again if needed.

Evan is amazing and we highly recommend his company. He was incredibly responsive and helped us when our water heater had a major leak. He was able to find a water heater to replace within days despite it being a challenging one, and throughout it all was very knowledgeable and educated us on proper maintenance. You can tell he takes pride in his work. His pricing was very competitive compared to other quote we received.

I want to start by saying that we have had a plethora of contractors do work for us over the past 25 years. In my 25 years, I can only count on one hand the amount of contractors that have provided me with good service. I understand that something always comes up and mistakes are made by all contractors and subs. What makes a good company is how they handle the situation through communication, solutions and follow through. I had a scheduling error when I made my appointment through Mr. Rooter. I immediately, contacted another company to come out and pick up the pieces. However, I received a call from Management at Mr. Rooter, they apologized and sent someone right out to address my plumbing issue. Trevor and Danny arrived and they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They explained the job, the cost and if something deviated from the original bid they walked me through the process. I am in the hospitality business, it's what I do. With the level of service that I received from Trevor, I would be happy to have him work on my team. A job well done by owner Vinnie Sposari. Great job at empowering your team to make customer service your number one priority!Thank you,Joe & Cate Anderson

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!

Great experience! I have an old house with old pipes and I needed help when a small repair I attempted uncovered a bigger issue. I received excellent service, on time, and very friendly and professional. Very happy with my bathroom and kitchen faucet installation and new piping.

I called them, told them we had water leaking into our basement from outside, possibly because our line was clogged. They asked for pictures of the inside, came over, and without doing any kind of investigation outside declared they could not help us. They referred us to another company they claimed would help us, but one of the first things the next guy asked me was what All City had said about the drain outside. I responded that the reason we were referred to them was because All City said they didn’t do outside drains. Well, neither did this second person. So, I have no idea why All City didn’t use a snake or camera or anything in our drain, and even less of an idea why they referred to someone else that also couldn’t help. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is that they came over earlier than expected, so they only wasted a day of my time instead of two.
*edit* There is no way for me to reply to the owner’s reply and at this point I’m not interested in having a discussion. If I were, I would have called. So if the offer to investigate the drain for free is an open offer, then I will take it when I am ready. Yes, I realize we may very well have a leak in our foundation. But I put a short snake down there and ran into something, so there may be more than one contributing factor. It still doesn’t address the issue of why, if the problem is the foundation, you referred me to someone that also doesn’t fix foundations. All they were going to do was dry out and remove damaged items from the basement. But what good is that if it’s still leaking? Pleas don’t respond. As I said, I will contact you when and if I’m ready. Don’t take it personally, but I’ve been screwed before , so even if you provide an inspection for free, I will be skeptical of the results.

Farid and his team were excellent. We had an emergency water pipe break outside. His team mobilized quickly and was able to effectively and efficiently identify the issue, propose various alternatives and then execute on the selected course of action. I highly recommend Farid and his team.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Please do NOT use Beacon.
I had a very unpleasant experience using Beacon Plumbing. First my hydronic heating system failed one night, and I troubleshoot the system to the best of my abilities. I reasoned that the circulator pump had failed. Not knowing the system well, I opted to call a plumber just to confirm my suspicions, or tell me what was really wrong with my heat. I called Beacon since they were a 24 hour service call, and I had no other experience. I WISHED I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ON YELP BEFORE I CALLED! While on the phone I asked if they were familiar with hydronic heating and they were very quick to tell me yes, they were. When the service tech got there and I showed him the system, he was very lost. After a while he troubleshot the system and told me the exact thing I told him what I thought was wrong. He then proceed to tell me that I needed a $962 replacement pump, I bite my lip and said yes, because I did not want my kids to be without heat during the night. He then went through his truck and said he didn't have one and couldn't get one till tomorrow. I should have said don't worry about it and I would get one, but I didn't for some reason.
The next day he showed up and hour and a half later than when he said he would be there or call to update me. They installed the pump within 30 min and got the heat running. Later I looked up the pump that they installed and found out it retails for only $250!
I PAID $962!
I called Beacon and asked why a pump that retails for only $250 was $962 and they could only tell me that they include labor in the cost of the part. I asked why they could not tell me what the part actually cost and how much labor was and they refused. I was immediately transfered to someone else that would say the same thing and only would audit my case to make sure I was charged correctly. I do not understand why they couldn't tell me how much they charged for labor or the cost of the part.
These people are unethical, and do NOT deserve your business, time, or money.

Isiah and Jay removed our old furnace and did an excellent job installing our brand new furnace. Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable about the job they performed. They made an effort to explain the process and show us how to use our new system. Our home was left in the same condition as before the install. Very good employee's
