Great service. Our furnace went out on a Friday evening. Beacon had serviced it in the past and done well by us so I called them again. Bram and Shawn arrived in less than two hours and fixed the problem in under half an hour. Also told us what options we had to upgrade our water heater if/when we were interested.

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

Installed a whole house water shut off system

Replaced my garbage disposal and did an excellent job and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Excellent customer service, understanding, straight to the point, very professional, and most of all patient. My family friend referred Zoltan Plumbing to me and so I called on Monday and he came by my home the next day and checked what I needed done and he came back on the third day. A Wednesday, and he fixed my sewer so quickly. His cost was reasonable and I will refer him to my friends. I was so blessed to find him. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of getting our shower fixed. From being able to quickly set up a time to have someone come out, to corresponding on texts ahead of time. Michelle and the plumber who they sent out were great to work with - he was in and out within an hour!

Craftsman is one of the best vendors that we have ever worked with. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and detailed. Drew was our plumber for this project. We was extremely knowledgeable and quick in his work. He was very friendly and helpful in every step along the way. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful as well. I had a flood in my condo on a holiday weekend and the Ballard Plumbing team was wonderfully responsive. Every other plumber I called had an automated phone tree in place, but a real person handled my call at Ballard Plumbing, quickly connected me to a plumber, and they were both patient and helpful through multiple follow-up calls, which made a tough experience much better.

Sean and his team did a great job on a complicated project of replacing over 450 feet of a water line. He and his team were hardworking, knowledgable, and thorough. He did what he said he was going to do and he did it well. Very pleased with the work. We've hired him in the past and will do so again.

The conclusions of this review are simply that you want to work with Evan at Promaxx and that your water heater repair needs will be solved if you do. Working with Evan was one of the best home service experiences I’ve ever had.

My water heater started leaking so I called a leading Seattle vendor and sent a picture of my install. Since I had a particular style of power venting, he refused service but recommended two companies that did the replacement I needed. I called Promaxx first, left a message, and Evan called back in less than 10 minutes.

From there we worked together exchanging photos and texts to insure Evan understood the repair. Egress of the old and new tank was really tight so we Facetimed and measured the space together so Evan could make informed decisions about the dimensions of the replacement tank. While my tank ended up to be smaller, functionality of hot water delivery was not compromised.

Don’t think too hard about vendor choices here. If you get through to Evan, work with hm and he will get your job done.

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.
