Best Replacement in Seattle WA

We had three leaking sink drains and a kitchen faucet that would not swivel. Dustin did a very nice job on all of them. The handle on the kitchen sink still is a bit hard to swivel. I guess that's the best it's going to be. We have not had any leaks since then. It's been a week. The bill, over $600 was a lot more than I thought we'd need to spend. Dustin worked hard and I believe got everything done as quickly as he could.

After I signed a release permitting him to aggressively work on my existing Grohe setup, I didn’t have to buy a new $1,000 (Moen) unit, which all in all saved me about $1,500. Robert and David came to my house yesterday at 10am to troubleshoot my air conditioner. They diagnosed the issues and recommended a replacement of my air condenser/heat pump. I agreed to the replacement and they started working. They stayed until 11pm getting everything installed and set up. They were amazingly courteous and professional. They explained everything that they were doing and why it had to be done. I was extremely impressed and will absolutely recommend Beacon to anyone who asks for a plumbing recommendation.

My problem was that water from washing machine did not drain smoothly, creating a big paddle of water in the laundry room. For the past months, I had to stand and watch while running the washer so that when the machine switched from washing to rinse, I could stop and restart repeatedly to avoid the overflow of water from standing drain pipe.My appointment was supposed to be from noon but the roto rooter guy came a hour earlier, which was ok with me since I was at home at the time.The guy did some work with industrial sized power-operated snake and told me that it should be fine. We wanted run the machine to test out but he did not want to wait for another 20 minutes and so he left. After he left, because he was so confident, I ran the machine with lots of water… well. Disaster!!! I was so convinced by him that I let the machine run alone by itself! The result was … flood, FLOOD all over the floor.I called him right away and he said he would come back next morning.Well, he came … like 7:30 am.He did again some work with the snake, but this time, he really spent and thought and worked on several pipes connected to the washer pipe, any one of which could possible hide the clog. Then, the work was completed and the problem was resolved.After his work, he took some time to explain what might have been happening to cause the overflow.Ever since then, I can run the machine confidently without my supervision!In the end, it worked out beautifully. The roto guy was very professional and worked out the problem for us until it was resolved. I am very grateful.This work costed roughly $600. Initially I thought it was expensive for just running the snake machine for a hour. But he came back next day and took care of it.. so was it worth it?I wish that the problem was resolved at his first visit.I wish that he was a bit more patient at the first time around to see to it all the way to the end.Overall, great experience and I certainly I appreciated the roto guy’s work. I'm so grateful to have found Arash and his crew at Ridgid Plumbing. I'm a repeat customer. A few months ago, we had a leak from the shower into the crawlspace. Arash came out the same day, located and repaired the leak. It turned out to be a somewhat involved process, and he stayed late on a Friday evening to get the job done right. Professional, neat, tidy and honest and upfront. Another time, they came out to snake a clogged line, took great care and got us up and running quickly. Reliable, trustworthy service!

I trusted too much and didn't watch after the pipes were put in. The lawn was a mess. The guy who raked the dirt back into the gully didn't tamp the dirt down and bury the rocks. So there's rocks of all sizes and mounds of extra dirt that didn't fit back into the gully. The ceiling panels could have been put back better. I trusted you Eric. I want that last 500 dollars to hire someone to get the lawn back.

Luis came to the house, and was able to de clog an outside drain. Very courteous. A pleasant experience.

I had my home repiped with pex by repipe masters in November of 2020, and have had no issues with the pipes in the year since. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. I recently had an issue with the main water valve that turned out to be user error, and Nick graciously helped out with that.

This review is a long time in the coming. On 6/16/15 we were moving and had a slight water leak at our water heater. Service tech Ben shows up and tells us that we just need to have a new elbow joint installed . No big deal. But since we had a moving truck in front of our house, he gave me an estimate of $586.70 to fix it. I told him that was crazy and he said, maybe, but what am I going to do as he turns and looks at the moving truck. He showed what kind of person he was and what kind of company this is by taking advantage of someone in a situation like that. Go elsewhere! They will screw you! The reason this review is 3 years after the fact, is I was just going through a stack of paperwork from our move and found the receipt from Puget Sound plumbing and got mad all over again. Since we were in the process of moving when this plumbing company screwed us, it wasn't until I found the receipt and it reminded me that I needed to write this review.it

Simon of Clearwater Leak Detection replaced, over the weekend, the main waterline from meter to front water bib. About 10 months ago he detected a water leak in the same area, and advised me at the time that I may want to save money by replacing the line considering the condition and age, and I opted not to. Now I'm replacing before I get any further water bills from the county for leaks.
Simon and his team arrived early and had the holes dug before I even realized they had arrived. They explained the process clearly, they worked a full day until the job was completed, and they put my yard back together, which looked better than when they started. The 3 men was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
