Best Repiping Work in Seattle WA

We found a major leak in our water main, dumping more than 150,000 gallons into the ground and after having an expensive repair back in 2008,we decided to replace the entire line. All 250+ feet of it straight down hill, under driveways, trees sidewalks and landscaping, let me tell you, not an easy job.Fox was quick to respond to our calls for help.They worked quickly on giving us a temporary line so we could have running water again.I'm very happy with the work Fox did and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a tough plumbing repair done right and at the right price!

I'm posting this for my mother, who used this company at the beginning of the month to repipe her house. This will include my experience as well as hers with the company.
None of these complaints are for Autie, who is the saving grace for this company.
The first complaint about the service is the office staff. There were three phone calls made to see about bumping the service ahead. Two on one day, another a different day. The third call was handled less than spectacular on our end, as by this point we had repeatedly told the office girl calling there was no way our schedule would permit changing dates. While I understand some individuals would like to get projects like this done ASAP, we had large items that needed to be moved around. I work 5 days a week, I am on call for my job, and I'm barely back to full time, post a work injury in which I crushed my foot. I had called a different time to speak with Autie, and received interrogation/ wanting details about where I wanted the work done, I ended the phone call due to increased agitation as I wasn't looking to make a new job but to ask follow up questions. I did not have Autie's contact information at the time, so I called the office. What ensued was multiple days of being called by Laura for a conversation I did not want to have, as I never wanted to talk to her. I repeatedly ignored the calls because I knew I would react with agitation on the phone. I ended up answering the call when I was waiting on a call from a different vendor for work and bluntly told her she had nothing to offer me and that I did not want to talk to her, which is why I had ended my first call to the office. While I understand there are procedures, I wasn't asking for a quote, I was asking to leave my name and phone number on the initial call I had placed into the office. Had I know it was going to turn into an ordeal with the office staff, I never would of called.

Second, day of job. I would say the overall quality of work is as expected. They worked with us and added a couple of items that were initially missed on the first walk through with Autie. The pipes installed were pex, which there is a smell/ taste to the water due to the newness of materials and the fact it is not broken in, one of the downsides to using pex. However, the job was completed in one day and the crew worked diligently to get the work done. They followed through on promises of what they would and would not clean up (there were materials we needed to clean up but we were forewarned of this, so no issues). They did patch walls but the quality is not up to my expectation, due to the nature of my job, but we hired plumbers, not wall repair guys, so again, to be expected and its not incredibly hard for me to sand and re-repair myself. The issues with the drywall is the fact that the mud was mixed with bottled water from my mother's machine she uses for drinking water. Evidence of dry wall patch was found in the drip tray and on the water dispense spout. This is a problem because this was an additional resource they did not ask to use and the sanitary issue of potentially drinking wall patch. We cleaned it up but are still finding spots throughout the pathway of work. The crew, while doing the pipe pull and cutting, had drop cloths down but lifted them before patching. It would have been ideal if they had left the cloths down, knowing they would be adding patch. Again, we have been cleaning these items up but the annoyance of finding random spots of patch is an issue.

Third item, is a member of the crew thought it would be amusing to mock the lack of bathroom situation. While he may not have meant harm by it or may not have realized or understood his comments came off in poor taste, they did. My mother had kidney surgery and has had lasting problems since April, so no bathrooms put her in medical urgency. The audacity to mock the situation was uncalled for.

The company has its issues with staff but performs the work asked for.

Casey & TJ with Bob Oates Sewer & Rooter arrived when they said they would and gave honest, pragmatic advise. Shared range of options available but didn't push to sell anything we didn't need. Will definitely use them again.

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

Raman was great. He was able to to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, arrived within the time window he provided, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided some guidance on how to keep the line clear (gunked up just from regular use). His rate was reasonable and we would definitely use him in the future.

Green Planet is a wonderful company with accountable people. We have done several jobs with them and couldn't be happier

Great service, great price, extremely friendly. We needed the plumbing under the sink rebuilt after installing new counters. The first company we called quoted such a laughably high fee that we called Green Planet. They showed up same day, provided complete service, at 1/5 the cost of the first quote. We have our go-to plumber in West Seattle now.

I had a water leak in my kitchen cabinet and called Fischer. They never showed up for the appointment the following week,
and didn’t bother to call… Said sorry, a bigger job had come in and things had gotten confusing.

I hired someone else to remove the cabinet and replace it. When I needed someone to repair the drywall under the sink, I called them again. They sent me an estimate, and said they would fit me in sometime in the following month. I took them at their word and waited.
I called three times the next month and no one bothered to returned my calls.

They are not reliable.
This is not professional behavior…
I would never call them again.

I have used Rudy's for years. Not only as a subcontractor but also on my own home. For everything from rough in to finish. They get the job done right the first time, prices are very fair and their people are friendly. Can't say enough good stuff about them. The only negative is they can be a little hard to nail down but they are worth it. So if they don't return your call the first time give them a couple chances, it's worth your time.

Trisha and team were great! They installed a drainage system from my gutters and I can’t say enough about how professional, personable and fast (but precise) on their work. They know what they’re doing and they’re great at it. I highly recommend.

Excellent, on time service. Had a new water heater installed and updated to meet code in my restaurant. Showed up at 8 am and was done by 1 pm, and the water heater was in a crawl space above the bathroom. Quite impressive! Highly recommended!!!
