We met Doug on a Thursday and Nick and his team were at our house the following Monday. They were the lowest price by thousands of the three quotes we received, they did an amazing job, and were very professional. We are completely satisfied with their work, and have confidence that the constant head-ache we had with leaky pipes are behind us. Awesome job!

We had a problem with our tankless hot water heater and the plumber came out and charged me $435.00 for being there less than 20 minutes and less than 4 hours later our hot water was at 60 degrees. I had to have another plumber come for $45.00 and fix the issue. On top of that they gave me an estimate of $900.00 and then knocked off a $100.00 for a service. The other plumber charged me $289.00 for service and my hot water heater is working fine now. I tried to get a refund for services clearly not rendered and was told no. Horrible customer service and extremely overpriced for literally nothing.

I have used Clearwater twice at 2 different houses and I appreciate their knowledge and explanations of what they find so even I can understand. I'll use the word quirky to describe my current water system, and Simon handled it all with calm knowledge and professionalism. I'm starting to understand the difficulties (I'm being polite) in this type of work, and I found Clearwater's pricing quite reasonable, all things considered.

I can’t begin to say how happy I am we selected Akers to replace our main water line. We recently received a letter from the water company saying our water usage was abnormally high. We quickly determined there was a leak between our meter and house. After some research we called the five highest rated plumbing companies. Ryan from Akers came out the same day I called. I was immediately impressed with his professional demeanor and knowledge. His understanding of our existing plumbing turned out to be exactly what was there and the estimate was very reasonable and competitive. After receiving the rest of the quotes it was an easy decision to select Akers.

Traci coordinated the utility marking and validated that where I live doesn’t have permit and inspection requirements (I checked too and she was right!). Ryan and his crew showed up and dug right in. They dug down where crossing utilities were so they could avoid hitting them. The existing water line was just where Ryan thought with the connections also being what he thought. They found the source of the leak coming from a section under our driveway. Finding it and the location I am glad we decided on replacing the line. They quickly installed the new water line and restored our yard as much as the rain would allow. Best of all they didn’t need to break any concrete! They will be back in a couple weeks to finish up once the mud/soil has settled. In all, the job took 4 hours when I had expected 10+.

For price, quality and experience Akers can’t be beat. I would recommend them to anyone!

I experienced an emergency when my sump pump stopped working and overflowed (slightly, not horrible) on a Saturday. Fortunately, my girlfriend told me about O'Neill; she had an excellent experience with O'Neill previously, so I called them. They called me back in 5 minutes (this is on a Saturday, mind you), scheduled a plumber to come out right away. Not only did the plumber - Mike Kerr - call me to say, I'm on my way, but he also asked me some great questions - as a result, he was totally prepared for action when he arrived. He completed the job professionally and kept me informed. He wrapped up everything nicely and explained the charges well. I highly recommend O'Neill; from the first contact to payment receipt, they were great.

Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:

- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.

I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.

One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn’t even preclude my rating them five stars.

I've used Sewer Friendly and Action Jackson over the years for various jobs and have always had great work done for a good price. They are willing to talk to you about options and recommendations, and flexible if you need it. They also have good relationships with other companies if something falls out of their scope. I truly appreciate how they've gone out of their way to make sure things are right for me.

Waited a week for an appointment. No call or no show the day of. This isn't the way to run a business.

Holiday weekend sink back up and leak. Called at 2 pm and Josh arrived right on time at 4 pm. He was knowledgeable and professional. Had the sink running in no time. The charge was affordable. So pleased. Wezes was recommended to me by another plumber (Cody). He told me: good people, solid company, fair price and quality service. I completely agree.
