I was freaking out bath tub full of standing water, it was over flowing I kept dumping the excess water out, eventually the water seeped into other rooms nearby, it looked really bad. Have a wonderful handyman who came by for 4 hours and couldn't get even a drop to run, called fox they sent out Conrad within 2 hours on an late after hours call and not only was he on time, but very professional. Conrad fixed this issue in 25 min, yes that's not a typo it took Conrad 25 min to fix a problem that was freaking me out and making me very worried. Conrad showed up and put my worries at ease and said he's fix it right away-and that's what he did. I hope I never have to call a plumber, but if I do it's fox and I'm asking for Conrad. Needed help replacing a leaking spigot in our garage. They were able to get it done same day (on a Sunday)! Communication was great, they were very accommodating to our needs and repairs were done well and quickly! Will definitely be using them again if we need further plumbing work!

Overpriced and poor communication. They have a $99 fee to show up, which was never disclosed on the phone. However they will waive this fee if you agree to letting them complete the work. How convenient. I (embarrassingly and regrettably) paid $650 for a clogged sewer line cleared; note they also wanted to charge me an additional $350 for scoping the line with a camera before/after.

Of course when they ran their auger they only used a small retrieval tool, didn't properly clear the pipe, and the clog showed up a few days later. I got another company to properly clear it AND scope it for $300.

We were referred to Simon at Clearwater Leak Detection by Mark the Good Plumber. Simon was able to find our leak within an hour, was very professional and pleasant to work with. He quoted us a fair rate for the repair, and for replacement of the main pipe from the meter to the house. We did the work ourselves and he was 100% SPOT ON with his location of our leak - it was exactly where he said it was under our driveway! I will definitely keep both contacts numbers handy should I need these services again!

I replaced my sewer line, including the connection to the city main about 110' overall. Paul and team used both pipe bursting as well as a liner (to the street). When I compared to other quotes Paul's experienced team completed the work in four days, less than 1/2 the time quoted by others. The team includes employees who have worked for Paul for over 18 years and their experience shows up as being efficient, competent and capable. This is hard work and the team worked hard starting first thing in the morning and not leaving till the completed the expected work and closed up any openings. They insured we weren't without service for more than about 4 hours. I found that their prices were very competitive, and they give a high level of confidence the work will get done right the first time. I recommend that you stay in touch with the team a couple of times a day to find out how progress is going, address any concerns and stay on top of any impacts to your use of the sewer main. Paul is always very quick to respond if now answering his phone anytime you call him. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

I'm lucky to know a caring professional like Joe. I've had several odd piping issues at my house, interior and exterior, and Joe has always been HUGELY helpful over the phone and in person. He really cares about his craft and customers - and he doesn't just fix things; he improves them. He has longevity and sustainability in mind. Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

Wezee's came out to assess whether or not our 20+ year old toilet could be fixed. They were very honest about the fact it would cost us more in the long run to try and fix an old toilet at this point, and recommended installing a new toilet and stop angle valve instead. When they came back to install the new toilet, they were prompt, very friendly and efficient in getting the toilet installed during the time window they promised. My favorite part of the new install is the small yet effective line of caulking! Our old toilet had a giant ugly line of caulking - so this is a great improvement. I highly recommend Wezee's for all your plumbing needs.

I thought we had a difficult and rather expensive problem, but he found the answer easily and quickly, so I asked him about a couple of other things that could be fixed or improved in our condo. He gave me expert advice on each issue, saying at one point that we could do it more cheaply than he would charge because we didn't need an electrician. We will be happy to return to Eco Electric and Plumbing the next time something comes up.

Ryan was here within 30 minutes after our 1st floor condo toilet and shower drain overflowed with raw sewage due to a downstream blockage of the common sewer 3 story drainpipe stack. Ryan cleaned up the mess, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it (at least until the HOA comes up with a needed permanent fix). He's got a crappy job but was 100% pleasant and clearly enjoys using his knowledge and talent to please distraught customers. This was our first time using Fox, and our HOA will likely use them now for all our plumbing needs - because our after-hours call was the result of our regular HOA plumber failing to show as scheduled 6 hours earlier. (I'd post a photo, but you'd probably throw up.)
