Best Repair Water Line in Seattle WA

This morning during the prep for school and work we had our plumbing back up into our house. Needless to say it's never expected or convenient and I was fairly stressed when I contacted Fox Plumbing. Both Rick and Savannah were personable and professional answering all my questions and scheduling a plumber to be at my house within the hour. David, the plumber, arrived at my house when I expected and was friendly, courteous and informative. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after the work was done. I was very pleased. Fox's friendly, professional service made an unfortunate event a bit less painful and a lot more manageable. I would highly recommend Fox Plumbing & Heating!

We live in an old home and our pipes probably hadn’t been cleared in over 50 years. Sewage began backing up into our tub so we needed to call someone to help ASAP. Very good services

I have used Clearwater twice at 2 different houses and I appreciate their knowledge and explanations of what they find so even I can understand. I'll use the word quirky to describe my current water system, and Simon handled it all with calm knowledge and professionalism. I'm starting to understand the difficulties (I'm being polite) in this type of work, and I found Clearwater's pricing quite reasonable, all things considered.

Bob Thayer, owner, was able to fix a plumbing issue on my work van, Aussie Pet Mobile, in a matter of minutes. He did it after hours and was extremely reasonable. Genuinely nice guy who you can trust your plumbing projects with!

This job was complicated by needing to extend the interior water main to a second water feed including crawl space work. There was one difficulty with crawl space access and they stayed late to complete the job and stayed within the original estimate.

I had a leak outside and was pretty sure it was in the sprinkler system, but being the 2nd owner of the house I didn’t know where the main shutoff was. Over time it had gotten covered by dirt and then of course because I couldn’t see it I had also covered it with gravel in one spot and bark in another. Andy was able to locate it the leak and main shut off quickly. Then he was able to find the additional valve locations. He was professional, courtesy and caring. I’d definitely use Akers again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing leak detection and repair. Thank you, Andy!

I couldn't be happier with the plumbing repairs done by the team sent out by O'Neill Plumbing. Another company had jumped directly to repipe - the O'Neill rep recommended trying repairs/parts replacements first. I was fully prepared to spring for a repipe, but Mike and his assistant did successful repairs and fixed some additional leaky connections while they were here. Courteous, tidy, fast.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

They arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They told me about some issues I didn't know I had so they could be repaired before they became a problem. I will absolutely call them with any problems in the future.
