Best Repair Water Heater in Seattle WA

I had my gas fireplace looked at, as it was not lighting reliably or staying lit. Dustin came out within the timeframe promised, and fixed it. He also cleaned the super dirty fireplace window. I found him very professional and personable, and I have no complaints. It was a positive experience.

We first used them to repair a leak in our upstairs tub. Then we thought we should replace our 2 toilets as well. Called on a Monday and they got me on the schedule the very next day. Austyn was our plumber both times. Super professional, friendly and explained everything he had to do. We have more work to do, we will be calling them for future projects. Will recommend them to everyone we know.

service was good , they show up on time , complete the installation smoothly , but the way they charge me for sending a second man I don't see it as a fair deal , about 600 dollars extra is something that should be discussed with costumer upfront , and shouldn`t be a surprise .
I hope they will consider that in future and inform costumer of all charging details .

Very nice guy. Showed up a couple of hours early. But was told over the phone it would be $99 to figure out the issue. Ended up costing me $500 just to figure out was wrong. Tried to call and talk to somebody never got a call back. Still have a broken tank

He took time to explain everything and to show us the problem through his video scope. We have every confidence that his team would do our job well. Very rude over the phone.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
