Excellent service Gabriel our technician was fantastic,,, so glad that he helped us with our installation!

Worst service! They wanted to charge 2,000 to fix our faucet on the side of our house. They tried to charge us 2500 to fix our air conditioner turns out what they said it was that wasn’t even the problem. They put the wrong amount of coolant back into our air conditioner. They either have no idea what their doing or just try to get you for every dime they can. If I could of given 0 stars I would.

Big Bill was amazing character! Very professional, on time and explained everything that was wrong. He fixed everything quickly and shared some valuable tips on how to better take care of our sewer system. All around A+ service!

Raman was very professional and worked quick to help me get a sewage pump unjammed at my house. The price was as stated and he showed up in the time window provided. I'd trust to use this company again for any additional needs they service.

I needed a plumber fast to fix a leaking faucet. I had heard about O'Neill Plumbing on a local home improvement radio show. I thought they might only be interested in major remodel jobs, but that thought couldn't be further from the truth. I called and spoke with a representative named Kellie. She was very nice and professional. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Todd and Jordan arrived right around the time Kellie said they would. Both were very pleasant and accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. They made the repair very quickly and with no mess to clean up after. I found the entire service call to be completely satisfying and stress-free. I wish to thank Todd, Jordan, Kellie, and everyone at O'Neill Plumbing and hope to have you service all of my future plumbing needs. Thank you again, and please take care and stay safe!!!

HD Plumbing and Nick were great to work with! Nick installed a new drainage pipe for our washing machine (so it doesn't have to empty into our sink anymore!), and Nick installed a new garbage disposal for us. It all looks really good and there are no leaks! Also, Nick was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing.

Plumbing bills are always shocking to me (that’s true everywhere!) but this company was very timely, polite, plumber took his time to make sure it was done right and solved the problem. I’d use them again

Evan is awesome, we got back from vacation on tuesday to find out we had a water heater that was leaking everywhere. I called a couple guys and took pics and told me since I had radiant heat they couldn't get the job done. in short ProMax Water Heater was recommended to me, and Evan was so quickly to reply and he found a tank that would work with my radiant heat! he came early on Thursday morning and not only did he install the water heater he was looking for other future problems since the pipes were making some weird sound. Everything is fixed now and I know if iI need any plumbing services in the future I will be quick to give him a call

I don’t know where to start with this review in all honesty.

They displayed some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The man who came out to assess the issue made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He is not someone I want back in my home.

I don’t appreciate being a female alone in my house with an angry man who’s a stranger.

Upon arrival he was very agitated, angry, and rude. Things went downhill from there, as I had to interact with him more.

The issue that he needed to fix is some shelving had been put in the garage incorrectly. We have been meaning to remove it but haven’t yet. Well it turns out that the person who put in the shelving had put a nail throw a pipe and it’d finally rusted.

The house I live in is a rental. My landlord had told me he wanted the plumber to contact him directly before any repairs.
The plumber said he needed to call his company and asked me to call my landlord.

Instead I called my husband as he had spoken with the plumber and the landlord about this issue. As, originally, he was going to be home for the plumber but then couldn’t. My husband had confirmed the landlord had told the plumber to directly call him. I told the plumber this.

He yelled at me that he “already had and can’t wait around all day.”
Which is ridiculous because I had heard him on the phone with the company or someone beforehand so he could’ve only called maybe a minute prior. I know time is money but there is a professional way to handle things: 1. Don’t raise your voice 2. There are a million more professional ways to word that.

He then in an accusatory way asked “if I had put up the shelving”. His tone implying you idiot why’d you do this.

We did not put in the shelving and nor did my landlord.

My landlord then called the plumber. The plumber spoke to him in an aggressive, rude, belittling way. Almost as how a fed-up parent who isn’t great at parenting would talk to a child.

I could hear my landlords voice and it sounded calm the whole time.
The plumber also accused my landlord of the nail in the same disrespectful manner. Which I don’t really understand why he cares, maybe it makes him happy to shame other people for mistakes? Who knows? Again, it is fine to address the issue but be professional about it.

Anyway, the plumber and my landlord are on the phone. I can hear my landlord saying he is going to go with someone else for the job.

The plumber raises his voice saying “gooood luuuuuck finding anyone else.”

Which I don’t really get because there are a million plumbers out there but okay?

He then turns to me and all he says is “okay” angrily. Then he stormed off and sat in his van in my driveway for 10 minutes before leaving.

Jacob and his assistant installed a combi boiler and ran a new gas line to my stove. They were very professional and informational, and left a clean job site. Would absolutely recommend.

Paul pumped our tank about an hour ago. He was professional, efficient and personable. Rare combination these days.

I got a couple quotes for a rough-in plumbing job on our permitted addition in Bellevue(ADU kitchen, bath and laundry plus water heater and kitchenette). We ended up going with Knockout Plumbing. Zach, Colin, Jon and Shannon were all a pleasure to deal with. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Plumbing passed city inspections on the first inspection. Thanks Knockout :)

Levi was very competent and gave us excellent advice on what to do. We will use Raymark again for sure!!

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.

Ally Plumbing and Restoration came out to help me when I had a sewage backup in my finished basement. The whole situation was really gross and messy, but a worker in the office named Katelynn was able to get me scheduled to have someone out to my house the same day to unclog my mainline. They even had a technician from their mitigation department come out to give me an estimate for the sewage clean up and started the clean up same day too! I was so fortunate to have come across a company that does both services. Thank you Katelynn and Ally Plumbing and Restoration!

Mark did a great job, he was polite and on schedule and budget. Would recommend him to anyone who needs help!
