Rotor Rooter is the plumber to call when you need someone fast and responsive. Our kitchen sink was spewing sewage water all over and Sam was able to come within the hour. He fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess. Im extremely appreciative and won’t hesitate to call him again.We called other plumbing services only to be told it would be 4 days!!!!! Not acceptable with the mess we were dealing with.Thank you Sam and Rotor Rooter!! Cynthia

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

The plumbers were very knowledgeable and provided options before doing any work. It was very much appreciated to have the information provided in order to make an educated decision.

I called Clearwater due to a very large water bill and receiving a notice from the city that I might have a leak. I determined the leak was outside of my home via instructions in brochure.

Initially, I had a plumber come to my house to get an estimate to fix it. He said I needed to have my whole water line replaced and gave me an estimate of $11,000. He did suggest that I call a leak detection service, but also said that would just cost me more money and they would say that the whole line needed to be replaced...

I am SO glad I called Clearwater. Simon was very helpful. He said I needed to do some investigative work before he could decide if he needed to come over. The first thing being to figure out what type of shut off valve I had at the meter.

While I was digging, water started to pour in. It was clear that the leak was right there. He advised me to call the city, since that is their part of the water pipe. City sent a crew to fix same day! Big thanks to Simon for his instructions over the phone and for saving me at least $11,000!

I hope I never need leak detection service again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

Grateful... I had a slow basement drain and some back up from it when I did my laundry. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon and there had been predictions of heavy snow falling then so I called to cancel my appointment and reschedule. Very kind Jennifer found a way to get someone out to see me EARLY, before the snow hit -- thanks Nels and helpful young trainee, for helping get the drained cleared so I could do my laundry without fear! Nels -- thanks too for lots of thoughtful advice. I also want to say a shoutout for O'Neill -- I've never had anyone try to upsell me on anything. Thanks for all your help with an old house and old plumbing over the years.

My go to for all of my plumbing needs. We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines. Tyler is fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
