Absolute ripoff, never use them again

Here it is Christmas Eve, and what to my surprise the kitchen drain clogs. With my trusty pipe wrench and my channel locks I am going to make post haste of this waste.Well it was all ok until the strainer basket broke, the clean out pipe split and the words of the season did not udder from my mouth, all the stores are closed with visions of customers all asleep. Well not us and not Beacon. To the rescue came Matt a resent transplant from the far east coast.He called me several time to keep me updated on his travel. Oh did I mention it was snowing!!!Matt is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived ,wrote the fees list and began his work. At the time of this writing we are close to finishing , Oh did I mention it's 0130 Christmas Day. So thank you Matt and Beacon for hiring Matt.Merry Christmas to all and good draining.

Aman was very professional. Explained what he’d do, how much, and when. He was 100%. Very friendly and personable. I was curious about all the tools , fittings, and procedures. He answered all my questions. Job well done!

Very shady & unprofessional. All I can say is be very careful allowing them into your residence. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS . I pay $1500 to fix a leak in one of the pipe and guess what I have the same problem again.

Spoke with Simon on Thursday morning and that afternoon he was on site discussing my options with me regarding a main line water leak. He advised what his work involved and what the cost was, then he proceeded to perform his detection work. Within 30 - 45 minutes he was able to determine the exact location of the leak, and that was confirmed by the plumbing company, Maple Valley Plumbing, when they repaired the leak.
Simon was very helpful and kind in his work and support with costs. I am grateful to him for his help and his referral to Maple Valley Plumbing too. Everything was completed expediently and efficiently. Thank you.

Have used them over the years. Called today because a rental unit of mine had an emergency. I called their emergency line at 8:47 am and spoke with their off hours emergency contact. She said that she would have someone contact me. No one called. I called to follow up at 2:14 pm. They said that they had no record of my call and that their emergency service is four days out. Really? Glad for them that their business is so good that they don't have to respond to customers. Wasted half a day waiting for a response from a company that I thought was reliable.
