We recently needed a video pipe inspection, and the Seattle sewer Company did an excellent job. The team worked quickly and accurately to identify the problem, and we found their rates to be very reasonable. We will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Ryan M. is the best!! He showed up and immediately went to work on replacing our incredibly busted kitchen faucet! My mom and I had tried to replace the faucet ourselves but that absolutely was not going to happen. Ryan had to pull out the major machinery to saw off the faucet which was rusted beyond belief. In no time he had the new faucet up and running. Additionally he fixed our garbage disposal which hasn't worked in months! Ryan was very nice, knowledgeable, incredibly cool, personable, helpful and informative! Thanks Roto-Rooter for having such a wonderful employee!! We will definitely be calling this plumbing wizard for all our future plumbing needs!

They diagnosed a leak in our shower and fixed it right up.

We had issues with a slow drain and one day kitchen sink usage started backing up in bath. We hired Drain Pro after reading reviews on Google and Yelp - and had an excellent experience. They were punctual. Raman did a quick diagnosis and told us our options. The estimate we received was great too with no unnecessary 'urgent' replacements suggested to solve the issue at hand. I think we've found an excellent plumber for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I had a plumbing job done by John Keigley a couple of days ago. This is the second, or maybe third, time John has come to my house. He's friendly, efficient, and explains things in a clear way. I will request him in the future if needed.

The Art of plumbing is awesome! Sean came the very next day of calling for an appt. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Sean went straight to work, he located the problem, explained it and fixed it. Then he gave us some plumbing advice on a different issue. He told us a simple solution that would not be a costly plumbing job. We greatly appreciated this advice. Even though he gave us some awesome advice, he only charged for the minimum call! He also gave me and my son-in-law each a complimentary water detection alarm!

Basic service call-- $200. Guess it beats other companies!

6 months ago, I needed a sewer line replacement that I thought would be expensive to fix. Having called 3 other plumbing contractors who quoted me exorbitantly for the job, I decided to call up 2 Sons. And I couldnt have made a better decision. I called them 9ish and Angelo and Chase were sent in by manager Derek by noon. Given my remote location, this was SUPER early! They were knowledgeable and explained the issue to me in detail. Angelo and Chase were also very honest and upfront about the cost and were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of money. Every step of the way the communication with Derek really added a lot of value and credibility. I am very thankful for their hard work and expertise and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a quality plumbing technician!

I got a couple quotes for a rough-in plumbing job on our permitted addition in Bellevue(ADU kitchen, bath and laundry plus water heater and kitchenette). We ended up going with Knockout Plumbing. Zach, Colin, Jon and Shannon were all a pleasure to deal with. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Plumbing passed city inspections on the first inspection. Called in a panic when water was seeping into my basement. Cammy (sp?) was calm, clear, and, very importantly, transparent about the fact that the were unlikely to have capacity to serve me same-day (during a HUGE storm). I appreciated her honesty so much, as it allowed me to parallel process a solution. Shortly after, I got two calls confirming that they could come the next day if that was still helpful.

For me, great business management is about helping people, not stringing them along. I will absolutely to go Raymark next time I have a plumbing or sewage need!
