Best Plumbing Replacement in Seattle WA

We realized we had a water leak and called Fox Plumbing. They were able to locate the leak quickly and the quote was less than other companies. The two technicians that came to repair the leak were very professional and completed the work faster than anticipated.

Friendly dispatch representative, quick & timely service call & professional tech who did a great job of explaining the problem like I wasn't an idiot. 😆 Reasonable fee. Will definitely use their services in the future.

We remodeled our master bathroom recently and had the pleasure of working with Patti B at Best Plumbing. She helped us dial in the best cabinets/fixtures to transform our bathroom into a spa like retreat!! We went with Hansgrohe Axor fixtures and cabinetry that reflects our Mission style home. On 10-3-2022 I called Beacon because all the drains in my house were plugged. 10-4 they sent a plumber and a apprentice out as promised. They used a camera to find the plug, it was at the baffle on the septic tank. They quoted me $805 to unclog. They removed 3 inches of dirt off the septic tank cover, they claimed they couldn't find the clean out plug. So, they were going to have to replace 4 feet of pipe. They then quoted me $4629; I questioned the cost but agreed. They dug down 6 inches and replaced the pipe and put in a clean out. While doing this one of them found the clean out plug on the tank. Would not have had to replace the pipe if they had found the clean out plug first. They were here about 7 hours and used less than $100 in parts, that is $624 per hour for an apprentice and a journeymen plumber. Do not use Beacon Plumbing, check the reviews on YELP wish I would have.I was contacted by a Mark J and he asked me to remove my review of Beacon and he would submit my concerns for review. I did and have not heard from them again.

Came quickly and did an outstanding clean of my bathroom-sink drain. Only problem: outrageous price ($583) for 30 minutes work.

I had a great experience with this company. Armin was able to come out the same day when I called for an estimate and was very responsive. I was able to schedule very quickly and get the work done asap at a reasonable price. Armin was very upfront and honest and did not try to upsell anything which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Ridgid plumbing!

These guys are very friendly and quick to respond. They are professional and well priced and do what they can to limit the house getting dirty etc.
On the negative, I requested a sewer scope with them, which they did, but unfortunately it took a long time to get the video from them (On the plus they dont charge extra for the video), I realized it took them a long time since the video was corrupted and thus wasnt completely viewable. In addition a few months after the scope the sewer backed up and there were many cracks and roots found, Unfortunately they could not find this in the scope, I dont completely blame them since there was water in the line at that spot, but it should have been a good indicator something major was wrong.

Repipe Masters are the only place I would recommend for a repipe job. Very professional and really fast. Finished the job in less than a day and for a very competitive price.

My experience with Clearwater Leak Detection was great. Simon was very knowledgeable and found our underground pipe leak in no time at all. He took the time to show us the issue and explained how to prevent the problem in the future. He was able to perform the repairs quickly and put our leak fears to rest! They had all the equipment needed on hand to help us out fast. I will definitely call them in the future for any water leak issues.

Rude and sloppy

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
